上幾次入住時遇到的問題已經能看到改善，説明管理上，酒店確實是以顧客體驗為重來管理的。首先早餐飲料已經改為果汁，入住時服務員態度很友善。離店時提供了伴手禮，雖然我拒絕了，但是好評送上！
