"The location is really good. Although the room is a bit small, it is basically acceptable. The hotel service is also great. They also provide yogurt. However, the only thing I am not satisfied with is that I was bitten by some bug on the first night. Because nothing happened before going to bed, I woke up the next day and found scars on the back of my hands, as if they were corroded. I didn't feel anything at first, but now the back of my hand hurts. The relevant hotel staff can come and negotiate with me. I originally wanted to say when I checked out that it didn't feel serious, but now it looks like there will be scars."

"I booked this hotel when I came to Jiangyin for the Super League, and I highly recommend it! The location is fantastic, right inside Bailian shopping mall, and Zhongyi Street is just outside. There are also plenty of late-night snack options on the next street, which was incredibly convenient. The service was impeccable – polite, warm, and attentive. The room facilities met four-star standards, and the bedding was super comfortable; I slept really well. I initially wanted a quieter room further from the elevator, but the staff mentioned that all twin rooms were near the elevators. Thankfully, it wasn't noisy at all and didn't disturb my rest. Although the breakfast area isn't huge, it had everything I needed, and the food was delicious. The only minor issue was the loud flushing sound from the toilet, especially at night. Anyone using the restroom would inevitably wake others up. However, this is a small drawback that doesn't detract from an otherwise great stay. Overall, I highly recommend it!"

"I was in town to watch a Scottish Premiership match, and this hotel is conveniently located near the stadium. It's an older, international brand hotel. Initially, I was given a corner room with a very small window. I called the front desk to request a room change, and since I was in a hurry to get to the game, they kindly offered to move my luggage for me, which was a thoughtful touch – kudos to them! On the downside: I was quite surprised that the welcome drink promised in the welcome package wasn't available. There was no turndown service and no welcome fruit. As someone who works in the travel industry and has stayed in numerous hotels across various brands and locations, this was a rather mediocre experience for me. I wonder if the hotel will make any improvements in the future."

"This Lavande hotel experience is great! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mousse mattress was particularly comfortable to sleep. The bathroom facilities are brand new and easy to use, and the towels are neat and complete. I heard from the front desk lady that it is a "silk cotton" material, with transparent lighting and a wide view outside the window. The sofa and tea table in the house are fully furnished, the spare parts are all available, the decoration is simple and advanced, and the details are in place. The staff is meticulous, the front desk service is considerate and patient, the overall quiet and comfortable, the travel is very cost-effective, and I will choose here next time!"

"I'm from Jiangyin and was bored, so I decided to stay in a hotel in Jiangyin for a whole day and order takeout. I have two main suggestions for improvement for the hotel, whether they choose to listen or not. First, to check in, you have to take the elevator from the underground parking to the first floor, then switch elevators to the 38th floor lobby, and then switch again to your room on the 50th floor. I don't mind the elevator transfers, and I don't blame them for not having robots deliver takeout. However, there's a staffed concierge on the first floor, very close to the elevators that go to the 38th floor, but they absolutely refused to help send my takeout up to the 38th floor. Second, the double afternoon tea set is really only good for photos. It's all overly sweet mousse. Even some cheap bread or scones would have been better. I won't complain about other minor issues."

"I went to Wuxi for fun, and then came to Jiangyin to visit relatives. I booked this hotel and chose a parent-child room with a slide. The children liked it very much. The room was space-themed and on a high floor, you could see the night view of the city. There were welcome fruits and snacks for the children. The housekeeper also wrote a card. When I came back at night, I saw a midnight snack, a bowl of red bean soup, in a thermos cup. It was very thoughtful! The breakfast was also delicious. I especially liked the chicken soup wontons and pancakes. There were many varieties. Anna and Lucy provided great service👍🏻"

"I went to Jiangyin for business near the Qingming Festival. I needed to get up early the next day and was ready to find a hotel to rest. Because I was in a hurry, I didn’t do any homework. The most important thing was that I had my baby with me. I decided to book Jiangyin Xinyu Hotel. It was the only one I found. Five star hotel! The environmental sanitation service did not disappoint ~ parking is also very convenient. When the front desk saw that we had children with us, we upgraded to a suite directly. During the period, we also had afternoon tea set, fruit platter and drinks 🥤 and a naughty castle. When the children opened their eyes the next day Let’s just say that I like staying in hotels the most. I will choose this hotel again next time I go to Jiangyin!"

"1. The room was filthy, especially the windows; there was so much dust that both the adults and children developed rhinitis after a day in the room. 2. We stayed for two days. The first night, the room was very noisy, and there was a power outage during the day. We were moved to another room. 3. We were forced to get out of the elevator countless times because the room card wouldn't work. 4. The bedside table was wider at the top than the bottom; my child easily fell off the bed with just one hand on it. Luckily, it was just painful; a fracture would have been much worse. 5. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10 am, but by 9 am there was hardly anything left to eat. The caregiver said it was because it was the weekend and there were too many people. We were there with our child for a competition, so we understand. The ventilation system and pillows were very uncomfortable; we won't choose this place again!"
