1.民宿的位置很好，就在嚴州府最熱鬧的地方。而且這邊幾乎沒有夜生活，所以晚上也不吵。
2.前台服務態度非常好，能給予便利的都會幫忙。
3.房間配置不錯。本來定的是樂享雙床房，前台主動升級了落地窗的房型，可惜房間在一樓，窗外是牆。
4.整體衞生不錯，建議衞生間門後也讓保潔打掃下。
