Convenient location of the hotel in the center of the old city next to the Damascus Gate and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre!

We were unable to check into the hotel due to force majeure circumstances. They refused to meet us and did not return the money.

ベッドに髪の毛がついていたり、タオルも清潔てまはありませんでしたが、従業員は感じが良く、仕事も早かったです。

Please guys keep away from this place especially if you are old ,over weight disabled or ill. The reception is the size of a broom cupboard, the rooms are extremely narrow and it is over five floors with no lifts available and no help from the staff .Marble floors are extremely dangerous and slippery especially the narrow marble staircase. Avoid at all costs

This is a beautiful little hotel in the heart of the old city in Jerusalem. The service is 10/10. The staff are so helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean and location is perfect. I would really recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to get an authentic and reasonable stay in the old city. I will definitely be back!

Booked 4 nights through *********** as part of our 12 days in Israel, our first time there. We wanted this stay to give us the experience of the Old City, and it did, though the logistics were hard at that location, something our research didn't make clear. Taxis can't drive to the Saladin without a special permit, the streets are narrow and for walking only. The closest entrance is the Damascus Gate, and our taxi driver was nice enough to help us with our 6 pieces of luggage which needed to be carried a quarter mile. Could be noisy and busy at times, 25,000 people live in the Muslim Quarter, Friday prayers and the procession home packed the streets. Dining in the vicinity was spotty, no food at the hotel. Staff was nice, good bed and room, a little small (12' x 12'). All the walking and hills took a toll on my wife's tricky knee, so with a day's notice, we left after 2 days. The hotel didn't refund our money for the 2 unused nights.

I arrived into Jerusalem very late on Friday night / Saturday morning (3AM). I was met at reception by Isaa who made sure I was checked in quickly. In the morning Gofran and Abdul-Rahman at reception showed me a great local place (30 second walk from the hotel) to have breakfast and provided some tips on how to best navigate the Old City. I was only staying in Jerusalem for one day, but would happily stay in this hotel for longer. I was allowed to leave my small suitcase here for the day as I went out and took in the sites. The hotel was super clean, well furnished and the central location is perfect for site seeing. Most definitely worth the stay.
