前台很願意幫忙，停車場亦足夠位置，有為客戶叫車服務，酒店房間夠大，空調也算室溫，浴室整潔熱水充足，睡床夠大

Very near to airport and many eateries around the hotel. Asked for more drinking water bottles but hotel receptionists said we have to purchase ourselves.

因預訂酒店後輸錯郵箱號，導致我沒有收到郵件，直到扣款後趕緊聯繫酒店方，堅持1分錢也不退給我，我跟酒店溝通時距離入住還有2天時間，酒店堅持不退款，1000塊錢，毫無人情味兒

Love the location and the place. Only downside is the futon is rather thin. Will be better if they have slightly thicker futon.

酒店房間蠻大的，環境也不錯，交通很方便，炸雞脊骨湯走幾百米就到了，2樓還有個711，買東西很便利！前台小姐姐還會簡單的中文，好評！
