Was put in a very old room. Later was changed to a much better room after I complained.

Highly recommend - very comfortable and easy to get to from the airport and major tourist spots in the north of the island

Good hotel. Basic but. If you want more water, you need to pay. If you want chopsticks for eat. They don't have. Not really helpfull

Convenient location in the middle of the city. Great choice if you are looking to stay in central Jeju and not along the beaches

Location is Amazing, everething is a walk or a bus away! Highly recommend staying here. Rooftop bar is a fun place to go for a beer and chat with locals, they do speak some simple English. Too bad the hotel was booked for the secons half of our stay, staying there for a whole week would have been Amazing. So many good restaurants near by (5-10 min walk). The food street is ok but it go further and explore nearby places too! EVERY DAY I would go to this onion kimchi soup place near by, no idea how its called, its not on the map you wont find it, but so glad i found it near the hotel! its on 1st floor, only locals go there, youll thank me later!

Great location, super friendly staff, clean and new comfy rooms, suuuper close to the downtown. Will definitely come back!

Location is fine, walking distance to some shopping areas. 20 min cab to dongmun market. Not too far from airport too. Opposite hotel there is 24H hypermarket, 7-11 walking distance too. Hotel room floor not very clean, friends’ bring own towels and housekeeping took all without checking. Not able to find back. Only 2 staffs are friendly, the rest are not friendly, surprisingly with this level of hospitality at mature tourist place like Jeju

overall is good but not very near to the food street but consider okay. The toilet sink is stuck..

Hotel is cosy and bed is comfortable. Just like what you see in description. still in pretty good shape! Some hotel image was taken years ago....but Alice and trunk are pretty true to image .... The floor are not carpeted, which i like... Water pressure is good for shower, Spa like shampoo and body wash smells great. There is a 24Hr supermarket right next to the hotel. A roof top bar for chilling out.... cafe and eatery not far away, 5 min away around the hotel Have great open parking lot provided by the hotel. Will stay again if visit Jeju staying and staying in city new town area.

Nice room, very clean, good location. Near everywhere. Very recommended

Front desk guys were unfriendly and not helpful. Every time we walked passed the lobby, they were on their phones (both shifts). Room has an interesting plastic/rubbery mat as floor covering. Towels were smelly. The only thing was good was that bed was comfortable but woke up the next day with bumps all over body and face. Looks like bites by ticks or bed bugs. Will not return.
