I arrived from Makkah were I had an awful experience and stay at the hotel Marriott Courtyard (very dirty and I got an asthma crisis because of that, an horrible one). At our arrival at the Movempick hotel, Mr Abdelrahman, the responsable in the lobby for the reservation without knowing my story but, certainly by seeing my state, upgrade discretely my reservation. It was a beautiful and spacious room. Exactly what my husband and I needed 🥰 at this time. A very warmly Thank you.. you will find it on your way inchallah. Regarding the hotel, it is very clean, very professional and friendly staff. The only missing points: a spa , a sauna and a bigger swimming pool ( it was a children swimming pool ) . Thank you 🙏

I have asked twice for a breakfast box on my last day at 2am but no response from the hotel.

Great stay at this hotel. Second time I stayed here. Clean and fresh looking. All staff were friendly, attentive and prompt. Especially those in the hotel restaurant. Staff arranged rooms to be next to each other so my family were together.

The hotel is excellent in terms of cleanliness and luxury, and the location is also good, behind Tahlia Street.

The hotel's breakfast and dinner are very delicious. But there are footprints on the floor and the facilities are a bit old. You can hear prayer music at 5 o'clock in the morning... It's very Middle Eastern

The room is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities and very comfortable beds. The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation and close to major attractions. The staff is warm and thoughtful, and the price-performance ratio is high. The overall experience is very satisfactory and recommended to all travelers.

The staff was incredibly helpful. Some of the rooms have serious humidity problems, they changed the room immediately when I requested it. It was said that this problem is common all over the city. The breakfast was good. The gym is a bit small, but there are enough treadmills and bikes.

It would have been better if I hadn't been called 3 times before 12 o'clock.
