Quiet laid back Hotel. Big room. Relatively new bedding and towels. Nice design. There was a Microwave in the room which was surprising. Still a bit pricy for what is actually offered. Breakfast was good. The Wifi connection in the room was horrible which was really annoying , and they don't seem to be bothered about fixing it as they just send a worker to reset the router. Propably because it's not an issue for the mostly Saudi guests who already have their Data service, but if you are a visitor you will struggle with this.

I have been staying in this hotel on business trips to Jeddah. It is close to the beach and not far from the Chinatown and commercial street. The downside is that the breakfast is too bad and the hotel smells heavy.

Great hotel near F1 circuit, great welcome from house keeping Mo mohin uddin & great coffee shop near reception Shawan thakur & Rasel all helping with bags and food, also they lent there mobile phone to watch the football in reception👏🏻🙏🏻 staying for x5 nights walking distance from circuit🏁

Fabulous sty. Lovely staff. Ahmed was exceptional. Solo western lady, I felt very comfortable. The room was huge, great powerful shower and the kitchenette came in handy. I checked in at 1am after another hotel let me down. I was very grateful to all the team at the hotel. Thank you

I was treated very well by staff. Once I arrived I didn't find an empty room they took my bags offered me a free coffe, until one of the rooms gets empty. During my stay staff were so friendly, they ask me if I need anyhelp with something. They also have a free to use bikes 😆

Why isn't it possible to give 0 stars? Got booked into this again through work. Cleaners vacuuming at 2am kept me awake after arrival. Lots of flys everywhere even in the rooms! They promised they had improved the breakfast. Not true at all. No fresh coffee, tang instead of juice. No eggs, food left uncovered. It's a health risk. I won't be setting foot in there again. If you are not a smoker you will enjoy smoke from neighboring rooms! I am woken up in my room every morning by the strong smell of cigarette smoke. I now have a cough which I can't shake. This hotel is literally making me sick. Filthy windows and a view of a skip. WiFi is non existant. Breakfast is not good at all. Poor quality coffee. Poor selection and they run out of food. Get food somewhere else if you don't want to be disappointed. Just checked in for a short 1 night stay. Absolutely zero wifi available in my room. There is no desk in the room so coupled with the lack of connectivity it's impossible to work. Very disappointing! Cramped gym with broken machines. It's unusable. The breakfast room has been redecorated and it looks nice. Food is the same. Instant coffee only. Fruit juice is weak tang. Little selection. I had toast and jam. Staff take the food away early so there is no choice. Now a problem checking out. Demanding cash payment on a company account room.... No English speaking staff at reception. The delay made me miss my flight out. Why does it have to be this bad?
