The front desk offers absolutely no service. While the front desk staff boasts about service, they're completely inactive. Their promises are endless, but their actions are completely ineffective. Visitors are perfunctory during check-in, and inquiries are often ignored, with excuses like "I don't know" or referrals to other departments. They fail to provide even basic guidance. The phone rings for a long time, but no one answers. Visitors wait for long periods without being greeted. This supposedly public service position has become a service bottleneck. While they claim to be "attending to you wholeheartedly," their actions are often lacking. This kind of service not only lowers the overall image but also leaves those who come to the office feeling disheartened. It truly fails to live up to the word "service."

This is a rubbish hotel. Don't stay here. It's a real torture. This hotel is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. There's no reason for it. No wifi, no customer service, no cleaning. The security service is terrible. It's discrimination. I hope it will be removed from the website.
