Everything about this hotel is amazing. All the staff go the extra mile. Loads of great food and drink round the clock. The vast range of kids club activities is breathtaking. They even have slides instead of stairs for children! We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Lovely hotel , very clean good choice of food and drinks . Pools heated and great entertainment , kids loved it and the family suites were so spacious and roomy . Was necessary to get down to pool to secure a sunbed as we were a group of 15 , beach was easy to access and lovely to .

A pre Christmas relaxation break and this hotel didn’t disappoint. We opted for all inclusive in a side sea view room. This hotel has recently had a complete refurbishment and is very well appointed. The rooms are large bright and tastefully decorated with equally nice bathrooms. The communal areas are also very nice with plenty of seating areas and the addition of slides between floors which the children loved! There is a lovely outdoor dining terrace looking across to the coast which we used for breakfast lunch and dinner. The main dining room is large and bright with an excellent selection of food to suit all tastes as well as a children’s buffet and family seating area. There was a plenty of activities on offer for those that wanted them both daytime and evening. The all inclusive drinks package was well worth it with a plentiful supply of bottled wines, tap beer and premium spirits and mixers.

Honestly the best hotel. 10/10 recommend, would give 10 stars if I could. Everyone was super friendly and couldn't help enough. Entertainment fantastic. Food incredible with lots and lots of selection. My fussy children always found something they liked. Live show cooking. Fresh omelettes cooked in front of you and of your choice were a hit every morning. Friday nights bbq night...very good. Drinks were help yourself, including making your own alcoholic drinks. Cocktails could be found in the day time bar and were 10/10. My children loved the pools. Unfortunately the other kids 'bouncing ball' pool was out of order which was a shame but understand these things happen and can't be helped. My kids also loved the slides that took you from one level to the next, great idea. Kept them busy while checking in and the other yellow slide when we were enjoying a cocktail on the terrace after dinner. Rooms were large and cleaned every day. We were upgraded to a pool and sea view which was a massive hit. Only negative is we had two singles pushed together and I must admit was annoying, however beds themselves were comfortable. The beach was incredible, it was like being in the Caribbean! We can't wait to try a different iberostar and have high expectations now! :) Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed for a week as a family during August school holidays. We arrived around 10:30pm and we were immediately greeted at reception and offered a drink. The scent when entering the hotel is refreshing and relaxing. Our family room was lovely, cleaned every day to a high standard and plenty big enough for the 3 of us. We had a view of the pools and the sea. We could not fault anything about this hotel. We loved the pools, the buffet food, the great availability of drinks, the beach and all the entertainment. The hotel is so well set up for children. There is plenty going on and we enjoyed the evening entertainment. The staff were always friendly and in good spirits. We would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has been renovated to the best. Kids are real kings and queens. Every details is matched to the little one's: from the super cute beds in the family suite rooms, to the plastic plates in the restaurant, the little baby sunbeds near the pool, ... really superb! Adults can relax while the children are playing in one the 3 kids pools or doing one of the activities at the StarClub...if you are looking for "an adults friendly, kids are 200% welcome hotel"...this one is the one you need!

Perfect Family Holiday – So Many Thoughtful Touches! We had an amazing experience at Iberostar Waves Fuerteventura – truly one of the best family holidays we’ve had! Thoughtful little touches like kiddy-sized sunbeds made such a difference and showed how well the resort caters to families. The entertainment staff were fantastic – always friendly and full of energy, and they managed to get everyone involved without being over the top. One of the most memorable moments was the jewellery-making activity using recycled glass. It was creative, fun, and something you rarely see at all-inclusive resorts. A real highlight of our stay! I’ve already recommended this hotel to all our friends – it’s the ideal place for a relaxing, fun-filled family getaway. It’s worth noting that the hotel was about 95% German-speaking during our stay. That said, most German guests spoke English and were very friendly, so it didn’t cause any issues at all when communicating. If you’re looking to mingle, just be aware of the language mix – but for us, it wasn’t a problem in the slightest.

What a fantastic hotel and perfect for families. Went with our 4 year old and 16 month old. Pools were great 4 year old loved them all especially the one with the inflatable. Our baby loved the baby pool which was warm and cute slides. Food was great with a good selection for kids not just nuggets and chips and plenty of choice for our baby who has dairy allergy. Also gave us oat milk to have in room for him. Food was great, hotel is clean, fresh, modern and bright. Fantastic entertainment daily and nightly. Our littlest one was dancing all night long often last one standing. Beach 5 min walk away. Little room with baby toys. Arcade take money as cash machine charges 6 euro. Take towel pegs as can get windy! Slide in reception was a hit. Honestly couldn't get a better hotel for families. Will defo visit again. Staff were so friendly and took time to welcome kids into meal times, high fiving them, giving them special drinks. Perfect hotel with a lot of thought into how to make it a perfect holiday for families.

Hotel is an absolute gem of a place to holiday, staff are most helpful and pleasant, best animation team I have ever witnessed for kids and adults and the food is probably the best buffet I have experienced. We booked a suite and it was outstanding we were over the moon, massive balcony you can enter from either the bedroom or the living room, place is spotless. Photos do not do this place any justice it’s much better in person, would highly recommend and are looking to book again for December, my partner had hurt his back badly before we arrived and they let him carry one of their cushions from the lobby bar all week to sit on and also dinner I was allowed to plate and bring food up to our room when he couldn’t move too well. Bar staff are great and make sure they try and remember what you were drinking, sort distance by taxi to the shopping area is only €6 and a little more into morro jable where you can find nice restaurants for a night. Shout out to Maura on front desk for putting up with my numerous questions, and Antonio and Sara (didn’t catch all other names) in the evening bars were fantastic. Can’t comment on the beach as we didn’t venture down due to mobility issues but the view from our balcony was breathtaking. Would 100% recommend and can’t wait to return

8/10. This hotel is fantastic for first time parents, we stayed at this hotel with our 3 month old baby and was very nervous. One thing we really liked was that the hotel offered rental services for baby such as a sterlizer, baby bath, buggy, play mats etc. most of which you just have to put a deposit down. The water in the hotel is also filtered which is great if you are formula feeding like we were. We also had a fridge which was great for us storing our pre made formula, The food is also excellent and again very good for kids. There are great water games during the day at the pool. We only had a couple of negatives… 1. The beds were a little hard for us and the hotel does not offer any mattress toppers. 2. The entertainment for kids is brilliant but goes on quite late, there was one night where it went on outside till 10:30pm which is a little strange considering it’s a kids hotel. It would be better if this was earlier during the day. 3. We had a power cut in the building and got stuck in the lift but luckily was able to open the door. 4. The air con in the room is okay but a little temperamental. 5. There is no direct walk way to the beach and it’s quite far. 6. We never got our mini bar stocked up despite asking even though we were all inclusive.

Hard to fault this hotel. We stayed with our daughter, her hubby and their two kids (3 and 5 and 1/2) and it was ideal. The rooms were clean and well appointed and the hotel kindly got us two next to each other with good views - my thanks to Aileen Weber who arranged that! The food choice was excellent and the dining room was clean and light with the option of eating on the outside space too. Pools were great with plenty of stuff for the younger kids to enjoy including the big bouncy affair in the smaller pool. A good pool side snack bar with drinks available on tap both there and at a little static drinks van in the actual pool area. Plenty of entertainment: archery, pool exercise sessions, yoga, darts, a club for the kids! And bingo, and here a special mention to Pepe who did a superb job on the bingo rounds! (If he ever gets to read this this is Indiana Jones writing!) Also water stations everywhere, great for top ups! No complaints at all, and I would happily return for a holiday here!

We have had a fabulous family holiday. We love the Iberostar chain and this is the second Iberostar hotel we have stayed in. The staff are what make this hotel really special. All the staff we found extremely helpful and they work so hard to make your stay a great experience. A big shout out to Tania, Pepe, Kati and Javi from the entertainment team who we found to be so genuinely lovely. The beach is a short stroll downhill and is beautiful. A short taxi ride or around 45 minute to an hour walk in to Morro Jable which is the nearest town and worth a visit. Car hire can be arranged through the hotel if you wish to travel further. The food in the main is good but some nights we found the food combinations a little odd but we always found something to eat. There is food available from breakfast until late in the lobby bar. The drinks choice is excellent and you can serve yourself during the day to both soft and alcoholic drinks. There is bar service in the lobby bar and entertainment room on an evening. Soft drinks, tea and coffee are available self service in the hotel 24 hours. The hotel is extremely clean, in particular in the rooms and in the main part of the hotel. There is 1 area where this could be improved, in the whole of our stay the sunbeds and sunbed tables were not cleaned which we found surprising given the cleanliness elsewhere. The live music was good in the lobby bar. The children’s entertainment room we found too hot and dark so we didn’t go back after the first night. It would be good to have some outside entertainment, possibly in the pool bar on an evening. Overall we have had an amazing time and would definitely return to either this hotel or another in the Iberostar family.

Just spent 5 days in this gorgeous freshly renovated hotel. Thanks to all the staff for their professionalism and smiles! The food - great! The view from the little terrace - gorgeous! The hotel is very close to morro jable - this makes it easier to go for some shopping and a little walk on the beach! Thank you everybody!!

This resort is amazing! The food is actually the best I’ve had at an all inclusive, everything was super clean and the app is great. We loved it so much we booked again for next year whilst we were there! The location is lovely too. Highly recommend a morning walk on the beach - the sunrise is absolutely incredible. We travelled with 3 children and stayed in a family room. The only thing I’d say is that one of the beds was a day bed and was super uncomfortable for our teenager.
