Kami mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanan yang dirasakan terkait permintaan penggabungan twin bed selama masa inap Bapak Ibu.Perlu kami informasikan bahwa jenis kamar dengan tempat tidur twin memang berbeda kategori dengan kamar queen/king bed, baik dari segi konfigurasi tempat tidur maupun pengaturannya. Untuk alasan kenyamanan dan standarisasi pelayanan, penggabungan twin bed menjadi satu menyerupai queen bed tidak kami sarankan secara langsung, karena dapat mempengaruhi kualitas istirahat tamu. Namun demikian, kami biasanya menawarkan opsi upgrade ke tipe kamar yang sesuai, seperti queen atau king bed, dengan penyesuaian tarif tambahan yang sudah ditetapkan secara internal.Masukan dari Bapak Ibu menjadi perhatian penting bagi kami agar dapat terus meningkatkan fleksibilitas dan kualitas layanan ke depannya.
