A very pleasant stay! The staffs are accommodating to guests needs and creature comforts. Though the kitchen utensils should be included in the room without any additional charge. In all; staffs were pleasant and professional. I like it. I recommend this place.

Very noisy freezer and no price reduction. Pool costs extra! No reduction in the price even when 4 people couldent sleep which is the main reason for having a hotel room…

The room was much larger than I expected, the view was amazing, and the reception staff were very friendly, but the only thing that was disappointing was that the TV, microwave, and other facilities were a bit old.

Although it was a little walk from the station, the room was very spacious and had a microwave, which was very helpful! The view was also nice ^^ Thank you for storing my luggage.

This is the first time I stayed in such a big hotel in Japan. There is also a separate kitchen and washing machine. Everything is very clean. I hope to get a better price next time.

The hotel was very poor compared to the price. The smell of cigarettes was so strong that I don't smoke and my child and the rest of the family didn't like it so I wanted a room change, but I just pretended not to know and didn't respond even when I used Google Translator. I made a reservation here to use the swimming pool, but they said it would be open until 5 o'clock on a weekday, but there was no detailed or proper explanation at the hotel reservation office until 10 o'clock the next day. We were checking out at 11 o'clock, and my family went down first and was in the lobby, and I came down later. Even though 20 minutes had not passed, they charged an extra hour and asked the staff for their name and position, but they looked at the guest and made no reply. The worst experience I have ever had while staying at a Fukuoka hotel. The staff's response and friendliness are the worst. Hotel service I wonder if there are any other hotels that do this. If I don't like it, I can stop going, but this is still so bad for people who work in the service industry. I came here because my mood was ruined. Haha.

The room is large and overall good! The location is close to the sea, and there is nothing next door. The random room was a twin bed, which I thought was too much. I asked for a double bed and they told me there was no one. They also gave me a smoking room. They said there were no non-smoking rooms. The view was great. You could see the sea when you opened the window!

I use this service all the time. I have been using it for over 20 years now and have no complaints. I will be using it again next month.

The room is big and nice. The hotel is also very close to the beach, just over 10 minutes away. The hotel's swimming pool is charged, and the most incomprehensible thing is that it closes at 5 pm. The atmosphere is so good at night, but swimming is not allowed🏊♀️

The accommodation tax was collected at check-in. Other hotels require you to pay the tax when you prepay, so why does this hotel require it at check-in? It's inconvenient. The location of the room is poor for the concept, and it's inconvenient that you have to charge your cell phone or smartwatch on the floor away from where you sleep.

It was clean, and they kindly accommodated our requests, so we had a very pleasant stay. The only thing that bothered me this time was that the air conditioning was centrally managed, so it felt a little cold. Other than that, there were no issues and the room was spacious and comfortable.
