The location of this hotel is pretty well, the Kintetsu Nara station is just across the street and the main station of the Nara buses is just in front of the door. I would not suggest foreign people to go to the East shopping street nearby for food since there are many restaurant closed and hard to get good meals. As the biggest chain hotel, this Tokoyo inn also has the convenient check in and out protocols and has staff can speak fluent English. The only obvious problem is the noise can always come in through the closed window. I lived in 4th floor but could still hear clearly when people down in the back street talking during the late night,

I changed this hotel temporarily during the short holiday. The price is reasonable and includes free breakfast. Although I didn't experience breakfast, the overall cost performance is outstanding. The guest room facilities are slightly old, but they are well considered and equipped with humidifiers to meet different needs; there are large tables and dressing tables for convenient office and dressing. The hotel has a superior geographical location, rich restaurants downstairs, and opposite the commercial street and Kintetsu Nara subway station. The hotel chain standard, service facilities, etc. are all satisfactory. However, the room arranged for this stay is between two buildings, and the window is only about one meter away from the opposite building, and it is completely dark!

I stayed here for one night. The room was relatively large for a budget hotel. Unfortunately, there were no non-smoking rooms when I checked in. The smoking rooms on the floors still smelled of cigarettes. I quickly changed hotels after staying for one night. The location is very good. This is the only room available. If you cannot accept smoking, you must book a non-smoking room. It is very noisy, but everything else is good.

Because I've stayed in Japanese hotels of about 11 square meters before, I was mentally prepared for the size of the room, but after opening the door, I felt that the space was larger than expected. The bathroom was very clean and I was generally satisfied. The location is very good, less than 100 meters from the Kintetsu Station, and there is a 711, Nara Park, art museums, and markets next to it, all within walking distance. There is also a post office in the alley nearby, which is convenient for sending postcards. The breakfast is a bit unaccustomed to me.
