We had a wonderful stay at Taj Devi Ratn Resort, Jaipur, where every moment was truly delightful. A special thanks to Robin Thakur, Duty Manager, for his exceptional hospitality, attentiveness, and for upgrading our room and cake, and ensuring a seamless and enhanced experience. We also appreciate Rahul and Ajay for their warm welcome, efficient check-in, and insightful property tour, which made our stay even more comfortable and hassle-free. The impeccable service, serene ambiance, and thoughtful gestures by the entire team made our visit truly memorable. We look forward to returning soon to this amazing Taj property.

Had an amazing stay on my husband birthday !!!!! Very cooperative and humble staff ….. Hospitality is superb … A must visit !! Devi Ratan experience is beautiful & is perfect for destination wedding or to celebrate any occasion for a memorable moment …… One should definitely have an experience in once lifetime ….. Recently stayed at Taj Devi Ratn Jaipur, and overall, it was a great experience. The ambiance was welcoming, and the facilities were well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my check-in and check-out were smooth. However, there was one downside: the room service was significantly delayed during my stay. While I understand that delays can happen, it was frustrating at times. Despite this, the quality of the food when it arrived was good. The room itself was spacious, clean, well-equipped and I appreciated bathtub, views. I felt very comfortable overall. In conclusion, while the delayed room service was a bit of an inconvenience, the hotel provided a great stay with excellent facilities, and I would definitely consider staying again. Rating: 4.5/5

If you are looking for a 5 star option in terms of hospitality then you should definitely consider this before the prices shoot 😊 Some of the highlights are High tea with snacks which is complimentary for the in-house guests ***** with a great spread for breakfast. We ordered Rajasthani thali which was more than enough for 2 and tasted authentic. If you are coming with children then you have many options like small park with swings, a crèche room with toys, entertainment room with carrom, video game, pool table and an infinity pool which my toddler loved. The staff will make your stay very comfortable. Since the property is big you have options of cart and you don’t have to wait much for it. The staff is again so considerate that they will call immediately for it wherever you need it. Definitely a 5 star recommended property👍
