Our stay at the Devi Ratn in Jaipur was outstanding. We were a group of three and had booked two rooms, both of which were spacious, tastefully designed, and offered a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The blend of modern design with traditional accents truly brings out the charm of Rajasthan. The entire team was friendly and attentive, but we especially want to highlight Subham, who provided fantastic service and seemed to anticipate our needs perfectly. He was always there when we needed anything, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a fantastic selection of regional and international dishes that were always fresh and flavorful. The pool was also a highlight—perfect for relaxing. Although we didn’t use the spa, it looked very inviting. The fitness room could use some additional free weights, but it was otherwise well-equipped. The hotel’s location is ideal if you’re looking to relax away from the busy city center, while still having easy access to Jaipur’s main attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with excellent value for money—we would highly recommend the Devi Ratn to anyone seeking luxury and authentic ambiance in Jaipur.

Major issues faced in devi ratn- 1. Smoking was in open, no enforcement of smoking zone by security guards. 2. Pets were allowed in dining area which is highly unhygienic and uncomfortable for most of the guests. 3. Restaurant was congested, had to wait for seats, uncomfortable for senior citizens.

Overall stay was very pleasant and relaxing. At the checkout day there were two incidents that happened, those just tweaked our great experience into good one. First one was at the breakfast table , staff was hurrying us as if they wanted us to vacate the table as soon as possible and second one was at pool area. Staff at pool area allowed us with our nylon costume to go in the pool. After a while he came and asked to come out of pool as by explaining that those were not the swimming costumes. So these were two bitter experiences apart from it everything was good.

Everything was awesome at Devi Ratn right from Breeze Checkin, to super friendly staff, great food, super size rooms, beautiful pool, green fields and fast checkout. Staff does everything to make your experience a memorable one. It felt like Heaven on Earth!!
