I had a memorable experience during my visit to Taj Devi Ratn, Jaipur. On 18th April, I attended the wedding of my family friend's daughter during which me and my family thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the property. I would really like to express my gratitude to Mr. Madan from the security team, who had helped me a lot during my visit. I accidentally left my mobile phone in the lawn area, during which he found it and kept it safely with him until I contacted him. Following his necessary procedures, he returned my mobile phone to me. I truly commend the safety protocols upheld by Taj.

The whole Team related to Security, FO, F&B their behavior was very humble We went out as a Sound Vendor for two days for a wedding also we've done work with them before as well. We personally feel this property as a second home. Especially Mr Madam Jat was of a great help indeed never troubled any of my co workers

Our wedding at Taj Devi Ratn, Jaipur was absolutely flawless, thanks to the hotel’s hospitality, delicious food, security, and seamless arrangements. The staff took care of every detail, reducing our responsibilities and allowing us to enjoy the celebrations stress-free. The resort property is very beautiful and well-maintained. A heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making our wedding truly unforgettable!

Everything fantastic.you won’t go to any other hotel after staying at Taj. Best experience ever had . Wow just wow. What an awesome stayed we had at Devi Ratan Taj Jaipur.it’s never forgettable experience. From the check in to check out they made us feel like so overwhelmed. Their room service,food etc everything was amazing.its 10 stars from us instead 5. We have had stayed in five star hotels different parts of the world but staying at Taj was the most wonderful experience than any others. Big salute to the whole team of Taj. We will be surely back in future.

Recently attended my first cousins wedding at The Taj Devi Ratn Resort & Spa, Jaipur the location was amazing surrounded by the Aravali range and Wonderful atmosphere the staff members were really amazing, i noticed these guys Bhanu and Ankit from security who were managing the heavy traffic at the entrance really commendable, the welcoming staff were overwhelming creating an great experience for me. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Food was very good.

Nice property but my experience was okay because of the 1 st day room experience as it was not i expected i could not sleep whole night as my room bell keep on ringing at 1 hour interval and next day when my room were changed than only i could sleep peacefully

Stayed for 3 days for wedding.Our room service attendant Dilip was very helpful in fulfilling all our needs .Found him very polite and always smiling.We found him the best among many stays at other hotels.Hygeine conditions are world class. Wish him sucess in life.
