Mattresses are not good. Average hotel. U can’t sleep properly. Please improve ur old beds. Bad experience totally. Thanks 🙏🏻

Very good stay and superb food services. Reception desk, Kumud was very helpful to get the best rooms in the hotel and locality was also good

Pros - taste of food is good - we ordered ginger tea with our choice from in-room dinning and it was very good. - housekeeping staff was polite. Cons - we checked-in late around 3:30 PM but still our room was not ready. We could get the room at 4:00 PM. - amenities mentioned minibar but there was no refrigerator in the room. - we we’re promised that hotel would provide us ice bucket but it was delivered very late. - when we entered there was a foul odour in the hotel corridor. - corridor carpet was dirty - room floor was also not clean. It had a lot of dust.

It was a good experience staying here. The staff was amazing especially Kumud and hapsheepa, kudos to them. The food and room service was also on point
