I recently spent a weekend at this hotel. With a total of only 14 rooms, it felt very empty during my stay. Pets are allowed, though there's an additional charge of ₹2500 plus taxes. However, a key difference from many other pet-friendly resorts is that they prohibit pets from the restaurant area.
The amenities were somewhat disappointing. The swimming pool was small and appeared quite unclean, with a distinct green tint to the water. The property itself isn't particularly large, and there aren't many activities available on-site.
Perhaps the biggest drawback was the hotel's location and accessibility by road. Situated in a very remote corner, there were absolutely no road signs or markings to guide the way, and the roads leading to the hotel were in a completely broken state. The entrance to the hotel also lacked any sense of grandeur.
High tea had no vegan options. Dining was also a negative point; the dinner menu was extremely pricey, and the à la carte breakfast offered very limited options.
Overall, my stay was just average. It's a good place for relaxing. The highlight was seeing many peacocks roaming the grounds.

Had a great experience overall! The place is fabulous with a big, beautiful villa that adds to the charm. The food tasted amazing, though the menu could use a few more options. It’s definitely a treat for the taste buds. The only downside was that the staff seemed a bit unprofessional at times, but that didn’t take away much from the overall enjoyment. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

I recently stayed at this resort and found the overall experience to be average at best. Despite the description promising private dining options, the resort refused to accommodate this request, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the staff were unsupportive when I asked for a late check-out, showing a lack of flexibility and customer care. The resort did not feel like good value for the money paid.
The dinner and breakfast served were good and enjoyable, but the high tea was below average and did not meet expectations. Another major downside was the accessibility issue - there was no proper road leading to the resort as it was still under construction, making arrival and departure inconvenient.
These factors combined made the stay less enjoyable than expected. In summary, while the resort has potential, the current service shortcomings and infrastructure issues need serious improvement before it can be recommended.

We had a wonderful experience at the Tree of Life Resort. The staff and service were exceptional. We were travelling with our pets, and the team was incredibly considerate of our specific needs and recommendations. They were highly accommodating of any pet-related requests, which made our stay all the more comfortable. The food was also excellent. Thank you once again for the amazing hospitality and a truly pleasant stay.

location is very peaceful, spa was absolutely excellent. Undoubtedly the best part of the whole stay, just thinking about it I feel we should increase our rating. But, the breakfast was the most terrible breakfast I have ever had at any hotel. And we all had upset stomach after we came back. So the food quality over all has to improve

Delighted to be here again. Villas are stunning and the food here is amazing. Rahul - the Yoga instructor is very knowledgeable, I had a wonderful one hour class with him. And the ladies at the Spa are really good, had a very relaxed massage session followed by steam & sauna. Beautiful property and great staff. The lawns, pool area, flora, fauna.. view from every part of the property is serene. Will definitely be back soon.

NEVER VISITING AGAIN Extremely untrained staff and booking issues. Including VP Operations others involved in booking fraud with third party vendor Nitin Sharma. Website phone number rings and is transferred to a third party Mr. Nitin Sharma, who confirms the booking and later entire staff including VP Operations deny that they know each other. Found out to be an internal fraudulent process where calls on company websites are getting pushed to External vendors by staff itself. Extremely poor services and pathetic continental food. Only Indian chef is able to provide for good food. No property Manager present. No Escalation Matrix present. Had a harrowing experience with 2 kids and a pregnant lady. Extremely unsesntivite staff and leadership with no care and regard for guests. All reviews that are not in favour are not accepted and rather pinned upon guests itself. Had read reviews about money stolen, bad service, impolite and improfessional staff, All of them responded in bad taste and blaming the guests itself.
