ITC Rajputana, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jaipur

Great hotel with good size of room, all good except every morning, we need to call their engineering due to power down; the most annoying part was, our room keys always had problem; we replaced it daily… no idea why the case. Imagine to walk to your room then need to go back to receptionist, every day! The rest are good, breakfast also good.

Pretty standard experience. There isn't much around the hotel within walking distance and the room is quite small. Marriott status mainly has free breakfast as there is no club lounge.

Amazing time with The hotel. Beautiful property well kept areas, hygienic room and utmost level of professionalism among the service staff. Kudos to Lakshya from F&B for great service.

Food is soo good and kitchen staff specially Harsimran and Chandra ji they both are too good. Wonderful experience. Must visit thsi property if you are coming to jaipur

Mr. Dharmesh was extremely helpful with our luggage and even made sure it was carefully placed in the car at checkout. • Mr. Salman at the reception went above and beyond by offering us a great deal on food and beverages — such a thoughtful gesture! • At the restaurant, Mr. Aman and Mr. Raju were amazing. They patiently understood my dietary restrictions and ensured the perfect dishes were made for me. Ms. Gomei and Ms. Mila (can’t recall the spelling) also took great care of us and served us so well. • Mr. Ram from housekeeping deserves a special mention — one of the most humble, helpful, and genuinely sweet people we’ve met. Deep respect for him. • At the salon, Mr. Nandakishore and the lady who did my manicure provided excellent service. The pedicure, done by Mr. Nandakishore, was perfect. • Nomi at the spa was fantastic, and so was the other lady at the spa (I’m so sorry I forgot her name), but her service was equally exceptional. If I’ve missed mentioning anyone by name, my sincere apologies — every single member of the staff contributed to making our stay delightful. Thank you all for your warmth, care, and impeccable service. We truly loved our time here and look forward to coming back.
