ITC Rajputana, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jaipur

Great hotel with good size of room, all good except every morning, we need to call their engineering due to power down; the most annoying part was, our room keys always had problem; we replaced it daily… no idea why the case. Imagine to walk to your room then need to go back to receptionist, every day! The rest are good, breakfast also good.

I stayed at ITC Rajputana in the month of June as I was traveling to Jaipur to attend a conference. The hotel was beautiful, well maintained and the best part was the staffs , they were extremely hospitable and always had a smile on their face which made my day. It's was positivity all around the hotel. A must mention about the restaurant manager Mr. Krishna Gupta. He ensured that every little request was taken care. His guest handling and sense of hospitality was excellent.

ITC rajputana is a legacy in itself. It has miraculous ambience with top class facilities. It has all recreational activities such as swimming pool, indoor games,etc. The staff is extremely kind, polite, professional and helpful. The food is extremely hygienic and tasteful. During breakfast buffet, Chef Ms. Harsimran Kaur made tasty cheese grilled sandwiches for us on our special request. Overall would highly recommend staying at this property if in Jaipur.

A great hotel if you are looking for comfort away from the hustle of the city. Some great local food. In love with their Mewadi Macchi:)
