Shiv Villas is absolutely one of the best resorts in Jaipur!! Punan, Rakesh, Jai Singh treated me like royalty! Thank you for being phenomenal! The cook, Chutu Chef will make you anything that they don’t already have.

Wonderful restaurant staff including Swati, Punam, Rohit, Shiv, chef Manoj. But also to include all the kitchen staff for the deliciously prepared food for breakfast.

Large, very comfortable first class hotel with exquisite marble interior- never seen before. Very polite hotel stuff, excellent food and a gorgeous 20 m marble pool. My best greetings to Mr. Nitesh, Mrs Kamla and Miss Rashida

I had the most disappointing experience at this property. I had visited to meet someone and decided to have a casual dinner at their restaurant. A hotel staff member, Surendra ji, attended to us and guided us to a table. However, just as we were about to place our order, the F&B manager informed us that there was a cover charge of ₹3,000 per person. We were three people, which meant a charge of ₹9,000—while all we intended to order was a simple meal of dal, sabji, chapati, and rice. Had we been told about the cover charge before being seated, we would have chosen another option. Instead, we were only informed after settling in, and the staff member was not even apologetic. The situation was extremely uncomfortable and insulting, as we had to leave immediately after sitting down to dine. We also shared our concern with Nitesh, the front office manager, but he behaved as though it was of no consequence. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I would strongly advise against visiting this property.

I was here with family for vacation… this Shiv Vilas is Excellent heritage like property and location … rooms are clean and superb.. entire staff is polite and helpful. Wonderful food and ambiance… must visit. Special thanks to Niteshji, Radheyji, Yogeshji, Rahulji, Devesh, Devendra,Hemant and Swati for kind attention and helpful behaviour… we were treated like important and Valuable guest.

We got the exceptional service by Mr Radhey Rakesh Ji and Mrs. Krishan’s. The service was amazing and overall experience was wonderful.
