Requested a non smoking room, got a smoking room instead. Plumbing job isn’t that good, could hear the water getting turned oh and off all night.

DoubleTree by Hilton İzmir Havalimanı’nda 512 numaralı odada kaldım. Uçak sesleri çok net bir şekilde duyuluyordu ve bu oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. Banyoda karıncalar vardı. Kahvaltıdaki personel çok kaba ve ilgisizdi. Yemek salonunun girişinde personeli beklerken, sanki onları rahatsız ediyormuşum gibi hissettim. Çıkış yaparken yaşadığım sorunları anlattım, ancak resepsiyonist özür bile dilemedi.
Oda ve yatak genel olarak iyiydi, yatak da rahattı. Havalimanına yakınlık, özellikle gece geç saatte varıldığında kesin bir avantaj.

This stay was great! From the warm reception of the front desk staff to the timely response of the room service, every link was comfortable. The room was warmly decorated, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a good sleep. The breakfast was rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, to meet the needs of different tastes.
