The hotel is just a five minutes walk away from Iwakuni station. The room was clean and the staff friendly. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. A convenience store and a supermarket are in 150m range.

岩国駅から歩いてすぐの好立地でした。
ホテルの真ん前にコンビニもあり便利！
呑み屋街からも歩いて帰れてよかったです。
ただ、窓を開けると隣ビルの壁（笑）
私は全然気にならないですが、
イヤな人は気を付けてください。

The hotel was very friendly. I went there by motorbike and the bike parking was good. I had dinner in front of the Iwakuni station, but it was ordinary and unimpressive.

The hotel is near Iwakuni Station. It's not a very far walk. There is a convenience store next to the hotel. Including restaurants, which have many to choose from as well.
The staff provide good service. By helping to call a taxi to take us to tourist attractions.
The rooms are old but clean. There are complete appliances available. Pajamas are left for you to pick up in front of the elevator.
Breakfast is served in a small bowl with sweet eggs, chicken, and salad, bread, tea, and coffee, which is appropriate for the price.
