3-Star Hotels in Istanbul

Alucinante11111 En primer lugar las fotos no corresponden al hotel, es todo mentira. Dicho esto, paso a relatar lo que nos han hecho. 08/10/22, llegamos desde el aeropuerto al hotel a las 01:30 h y nos dicen que llegamos tarde y nos han ocupado la habitación¡¡¡¡¡ asi que nos dejan tirados con las maletas en la calle a esas horas. Y no sólo eso, sino que estaban completos para los 5 días en los que teníamos reservado. Después de mucha discusión sobre todo por los modales de la persona del hotel, que se negó a hacer lo más mínimo para solucionar el problema, tuvimos que buscarnos habitación por nuestra cuenta a esas horas, cuando estaban los hoteles de la zona llenos, preguntamos en varios. Al final un particular, que estaba con el conserje de un hotel que preguntamos nos ofreció una habitación, cutré y muy cara (pago en efectivo y en euros, nada de libras turcas), pero es lo único que pudimos encontrar a esas horas. Lo de este hotel es todo mentira. Pero como puede tener una valoración como la que tiene? Las fotos de la fachada y entrada, que si que vimos, no son ni de lejos las que ponen. Es todo un fraude. No os dejéis engañar como nosotros. Parece mentira que las agencias de viaje los tengan en su oferta. Nosotros contratamos con Viajes Carrefour.

It wasn’t planned for me to stay in Istanbul- Pendik for 45 days. Hotels are limited there. I tried few and couldn’t stay for more than a night. Miracle Hotel made me feel the coziness of a home and family. Where to start? Manager, Mr. Erdal Karakoç is unforgettable. He is everywhere anytime making sure everyone is happy and satisfied. He greets the guests everytime and would never say “I can’t help you”. There is always a solution to each problem. Also F&B manager Mr. Feret, he offered me his office for hours as I had some work to be done that needs a laptop and printer. As for the reception team, Mr. Kamal , Mr. Mostafa and every single staff working in the reception. They made my wishes come true and took the extra mile to help me with my personal tasks as I don’t speak Turkish. The only thing I wish the owners of the hotel would spend more on is renovation. The furniture needs an uplift. It doesn’t fit a 5 star hotel and the excellent service they offer. Thank you Miracle Hotel Team. I will definitely visit soon.

Good hotel. I usually choose the Ibis chain of hotels when I travel. There are some suggestions for improving the condition of the room in terms of freshness of renovation and cleanliness. Overall, good. Excellent view from the window. Excellent service. I recommend!

The disadvantage is that there are no slippers, no hot water bottle, toilet water, and some old facilities The advantage is that it is located in the bustling center, convenient, inexpensive, and the service is pretty good. Breakfast is also ok

Because it was our first time in Istanbul, we could not have asked for a better location however the hotel itself was absolutely HORRIBLE, and that is an understatement. We were placed in a room underground where there was not a single window to let in fresh air or see the sunlight. It made it incredibly difficult to wake up in the morning because it always felt like night time down there in the den. We were told their family rooms were all underground however it said NOTHING about that online because if it had, I can assure you I would have NEVER booked with them. There were two queen beds, one twin bed, and a couch leaving the room extremely crowded. We are a family of five, and there was only one small and narrow closet to hang up some of our belongings. My three children had to keep their things in the suitcases for the full two weeks we were there. The bathroom was a literal box, there was not even room to leave our toiletries in there on the counter or anywhere else. They always kept three bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. We are FIVE PEOPLE in the room so obviously that is not enough. I asked the conceded night concierge NUMEROUS times if he could give me an extra bottle or two and I was ignored EACH TIME. The young lady and the concierge who didn't speak a lot of English were extremely friendly which made the stay slightly more tolerable. The rooftop was nice but I am sure there are far nicer ones in Istanbul. We will surely NEVER be setting foot back to this hotel again.

Only returned from this hotel, which was mistakenly infiltrated by the tour operator, confusing it with Orient Express 4*, but it is another debt story, so here only about this Orient 3*. Nasnu with pluses - the staff is very responsive, kind, thank them for everything, though a little bit decorated staying in this ”miracle,” and the second plus is wi-fi, in 11 days no complaint at work. Next minus: The location - Cherkizovsky market, noise, gamma, dirt, personality of criminal appearance on the streets, in the evening walking dangerous. (The familiar Istanbulans confirmed that Laleli was the most rapid area, but I will repeat that we were put there by mistake, we did not choose it). The rooms are old, small, in the bathroom door when opening is a push, there is no shower leek, only a tropical shower at a height of two meters. There are no drivers on the doors, clapping on the whole floor endless day until the evening, and from the passing and from the stupidity of the living. Furniture - the oldest and dirty, the refrigerators smell, to the word we were moved from one room in another because of the non-working TV and other cosies, so in the second room did not work the refrigerator, we dragged the refrigerator from another room, But there was no shelves, a stupid square box with a cooling effect, as you like and fold there food, we had one curtain on the window, which was completely unable to close it from the sun, the central air conditioner did not cool and heat, A stupid one temperature (as soon as they did not adjust - it is useless). Clining - none, with one twist, all floors are washed, from twist, not reacting to comments as they do not understand the language, only smile. The tweed has not been changed at all in 11 days, the towels are ”clean” through one dirty and unspacious. Breakfasts are uniform, with only edible eggs, fries, bread, jam and coffee. The view from the room is a separate topic, in the photo you will see. In general, the hotel 3* does not correspond, it is two and no more, the price for accommodation is very overstated.

I recommend this place. The location is the heart of old town , near the blue mosque. The owner , Yusuf is very kind person and very supportive. He is always reachable. There is kitchen. All kitchen equipments are there. Nothing to buy extra. It is actually better than staying a room in a hotel. You will feel so much freedom !! There is a washing machine and we don’t need to pay at all. there is free washing powder. I stayed 3 nights at the basement room. Heating system was perfect. I did not feel cold there. Shower and toilet room was not so big , however nothing to bother me at all. Cleanness is perfect. Cleaning lady cleaned my kitchen as well. If you expecting to have 5 star hotel bed quality , you will not have it here . However , The owner , Yusuf is fantastic person. You will feel good during the stay here for sure ! He can kindly organize the Covit 19 test within 72 before the flight. That was very helpful. Thank you to Yusuf!!

The hotel location is very good. It is near the tram, so it is good to take a tram and the slope to the station is not so bad. It is close to the surrounding tourist spots and restaurants. And the front desks are very friendly. The only downside is that the surrounding car is very noisy during the day because of the old town characteristics.

Besides Istanbul, this small hotel has definitely won a place in my heart! Very close to the main attractions and the seafront. The staff is nothing short of friendly and helpful. They manage to make you feel at home and make you appreciate the wonders of this city even more! Super breakfast! personally prepared every morning by a delightful guy. Clean and very cozy room. New sheets and towels every day! All this, at a bargain price! Never stayed so good!!!

Location is perfect!!. It’s a step away from Hagia Sofia and the blue mosque. The tramway and the subway are also accessible from the hotel. It’s right opposite the popular seven Hills restaurant. The staff members are friendly and helpful. They kept my luggage in storage for free as well when I traveled to another city . I highly recommend this hotel.
