Hilton Hotels & Resorts Properties in Istanbul

⭐I regularly stay at the Hilton Istanbul Kozyatağı and always look forward to coming back. The hotel consistently impresses me with its cleanliness, professional service, and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The location is particularly excellent for business trips, as many destinations are easily accessible. The breakfast and general facilities of the hotel are also of a high standard. It's clear that great emphasis is placed on quality and hospitality here. For me, the Hilton Istanbul Kozyatağı is one of my preferred hotels in Istanbul.

The hotel is well-renovated with comfortable beds and pillows, a great shower, and it's clean and cozy. There's a balcony where you can relax comfortably and enjoy the beauty of the Bosphorus. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good (the only downside is the lack of fish products, but everything else is delicious and wonderful). We will definitely come back again!!!!

Great location in front of the sea, 20 min walking from a busy area with a lot of restaurants and shops, I was in the 11th floor when the marmara earthquake hits Istanbul, it was so safe , they told me it could handle an earthquake of 8 degree, breakfast was good , for people love to walk it's great place

Trip.com is a fraudulent company, solely focused on pocketing agent fees and markups, with no regard for anything else! I've booked hotels through Trip.com several times. Others could cancel for free, but they specifically target regular customers, costing me over 10,000 RMB this past month! For hotels I'd booked, when my plans changed, the hotels themselves said I could postpone or cancel, but Trip.com absolutely refused to cancel, always pushing the blame onto the hotel. This happened several times! They've unjustly deducted thousands from me! So, please, everyone, absolutely do not book any hotels through Trip.com! That's point one! Point two: When buying airline tickets, Trip.com recommended a connecting flight. Yesterday, the first leg was inexplicably delayed, causing me to miss the second flight. This resulted in losing over 10,000 RMB for my hotel in Greece, plus an additional 4,000 RMB for a hotel I had to book in Turkey, not to mention missing my airport transfer in Greece and disrupting my entire travel itinerary! Now, Trip.com offers no explanation whatsoever! It's truly infuriating. I had previously heard that Trip.com was under investigation, and now I genuinely hope someone thoroughly investigates them and that a new, more ethical app emerges! Yesterday, when I was rebooking tickets, they were originally over 1,600 RMB each. The staff saw how angry I was and changed the price on the spot; when I checked again, it was just over 1,300 RMB. It's truly infuriating and speechless! Trip.com is openly engaging in price gouging against loyal customers! And once they receive money, they refuse to refund a single cent! Initially, I didn't think much of it because I had a lot of work travel and didn't bother to complain. Later, I realized Trip.com had found a way to profit – all the hotels they recommended to me were non-cancellable! Yet, on other people's accounts, it was clearly possible to cancel or postpone check-in! I truly hope a company like this gets shut down soon! If anyone has similar experiences, we can pursue legal action together! If Trip.com blocks this review, I will publicize it on other media platforms for everyone to see!

I experienced a few issues. First, when I ordered a drink in the lobby, the bartender asked if I was a hotel guest. I was on the phone and naturally replied yes. Then he responded by asking why I was getting angry, which I found very strange. I specifically requested room cleaning, but it wasn't done properly; the glasses weren't replaced, and the toiletries in the bathroom weren't replenished, even though I tipped the cleaner! 😃 They did rectify the situation later; they paid more attention after I complained. Overall, I would still recommend it as a clean, luxurious, and decent hotel.

As usual Hilton will not let you down. Great grand entrance hall clean rooms and all the facilities you can think of. The only little unpleasant incident occurred was the reception counter didn’t pass the number of residents in the room to the room service so they keep providing room services for only two people instead of three which was quite annoying when asked the room service staff and they always requested you to refers to the reception services.

Hilton Hotel Mall of Istanbul proved to be a fantastic choice for our stay. The location is incredibly convenient — right next to one of Istanbul’s largest malls with endless dining, shopping and entertainment options literally steps from the entrance. It made our one night layover much more enjoyable than staying in the airport. The hotel itself is modern, clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms that feel thoughtfully laid out. Service was consistently friendly and professional. Highly recommended for a layover of at least 12 hours for shopping, eating local foods and immersing in local culture.
