Bad attitude and bad service.
I checked into this hotel shortly after 1 AM, and the experience was truly awful from the very beginning. The front desk was extremely slow and inefficient — I only managed to get into my room around 1:45 AM. Then, I discovered that the air conditioning in the room was completely broken.
I called reception for help, and no one showed up for over 10 minutes. I had to call again, and after another 10 minutes or so, someone finally came, took a quick look, and told me to wait five minutes while he went to get something. He never returned.
I went down to the reception myself to ask what was going on, and the staff there were unbelievably rude. They simply said, “If you don’t like it, you can check out,” with zero intention of helping or solving the issue. This happened around 2 to 3 AM — I have never encountered such disrespectful customer service in any hotel.
Even more shocking was the behavior of the manager — not only did he fail to resolve the problem, but he was even ruder and more dismissive. If the hotel’s management behaves like this, it’s not hard to imagine how poorly the rest of the staff treat their guests.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking this hotel. The service is absolutely not what you’d expect from a hotel of this supposed standard.
What’s worse is that when I filed a complaint through Trip.com, someone named Dmesec (I’m not sure if this is the manager or a staff member) lied to the platform, claiming the issue was resolved at 1:30 AM — which is impossible, because I hadn’t even entered the room until 1:45 AM!
No one ever apologized. I looked through the reviews and realized I was not the only one — several people reported similar problems. One review dated July 11 described nearly the same situation, and I stayed here on July 26, so clearly nothing has changed.
The reception team — including the manager — showed no awareness or concern about how bad their service was. I truly hope that my terrible early-morning experience can help future travelers avoid this hotel altogether.
