I stayed at this hotel and was generally pleased, although there were some nuances. The room was much smaller than in the photos - in reality it is noticeably more compact. The key card worked intermittently: you had to insert it several times to turn on the electricity. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, which can be uncomfortable, especially at night. There is no full-fledged closet - only a shelf with hangers, and there were no hooks for towels either. The hotel is located in a busy shopping area with a lot of street vendors and constant traffic. This may not suit those looking for silence, but it is worth noting the excellent transport accessibility - the metro, bus and tram stops are nearby, which is very convenient. Pros: perfect cleanliness, good and varied breakfasts, very friendly and attentive staff. Fast Internet - especially on the first floor, where it is convenient to work. The room has everything you need: a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shampoo and other accessories. There are four pillows on the bed, which is also nice. There is access to Russian and other international TV channels. Despite the minor shortcomings, over time I liked the hotel and felt comfortable. A good option for a short stay or a business trip.

The guy at the front desk was very helpful and the hotel was very good.

Everything went well, but with some nuances. Overall, we are happy with the vacation. But we would like it to be more clean. And the size of the room clearly does not correspond to the description of 20 square meters.
