Nice reception, good location, good breakfast, clean room, the WiFi need to improve and doesn't work well

Enjoyed my stay, rooms were clean and staff was really helpful

Unfortunately, this hotel is let down by the cold pool and even colder spa. The steam room was not working either. After a long day out walking Istanbul, I would have loved to relax in the spa and pool. The breakfast needs a bit of work. More fruit and nuts. Need to change bakery. Really close to tramvey and walking distance to Grand Bazaar and Blue mosque

This is the only hotel I have stayed in that does not provide drinking water. It claims to be a 4-star hotel, but you have to pay for water! Unbelievable. In addition, the toilet and wash basin are together, so you have to stand on one side to wash your face and brush your teeth, which is very inconvenient. It is a bit noisy when sleeping at night, and the sound insulation is poor.

The hotel is suitable for one night. It was not the first time there, the location is excellent. But the hotel itself is already tired. All the plumbing is leaking, there is not even a kettle in the room. Although it used to be. The hotel can be chosen only because of the location, two steps from the Lalali Center, the metro and the tram line, also the morning view from the terrace during breakfast.

There was no hot water, the rooms smelled of cigarettes. The staff was sullen. The breakfast products were stale.

Comfortable, cozy hotel with friendly staff. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was greeted by name😅
