very good ， the service can comparable to a five -star hotel ，also very clean ，the breakfast is various and nice 尊滴不错

It’s perfect place for couples to relax and enjoy the amenities from the Spa, pool, and sauna and more! And also have access to a Akbati shopping mall which is 1 minute away from the hotel’s door and is has a great variety of stores, restaurants, and amazing cafes. Highly recommended if you want to relax.

No kitchenware, plates spoons forks knives or even glasses that are considered as extras to be paid for

I like the blue sea and sky in Turkey and the enthusiasm of Turkish customers, but I don't like the service of Turkish hotels. I stayed in this hotel for several nights in a row. I made a mistake in booking one night for my colleague. I didn't want to refund him, but I couldn't coordinate with him.

Facilities: It's what a big hotel should be like, not a small hotel. Hygiene: It's OK, it's cleaned every day. Environment: The surrounding facilities are complete and the environment is OK! Service: Nothing to say, I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

The room rate is a bit noisy. It's not far from the road, but there are quiet rooms. It was fully booked during the exhibition, and there were few quiet rooms available.
