The room was clean and big enough for children to play. Just a thing to notice, bring your shampoo, toothpaste and soap. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

It was realy horrible, terrible view, unfriendly staffs, they gave us a room with very bad condition, when we told them to change it they aske us extera money. It was sooooooo bad. Poor wifi, bad air conditioning

The location is very bad specially at night that you won't dare to leave the hotel and the surrounding is like you are living in an industrial area than a city, There is no market and restaurant around the nearest is 20-30 minutes walking (I would rather to say hill climbing). The Wi-Fi is too terrible that can't even do the simplest thing online, I would recommend you to not to consider Wi-Fi during your stay. The breakfast service is so poor, refilling is slow and they do not even clean the the tables properly. You should always call them to bring you clean fork, knife, dish or cup since they are always dirty on other tables or on the kitchen counter. For safe box you should get your pin from reception so they will be aware of your safe box pin, I don't think it would be called safe box anymore if a stranger knows your pin!! Daily room service open the room door with two knocks on the door before you let them in, imagine you and your partner having your privacy on the bed and the door opens and a stranger step in or you wife is out of bathroom and a guy cleaner just get in to the room in 3 seconds before you let them. This is not you expect from a 3 stars hotel. I would barely give 2 stars to this hotel. I won't recommend at all.

Every think was extremely baddd! The rooms was warm and air conditioning had problem,room and bath was dirty and we hadn't bathroom for 36hours! they cleaned our room just 3 during 10days.we was 6adult and the hotel mad very bad experience of Istanbul for us. It isn't a hotel that you spend money for that it's just a dirty apartment with nice lobby!

We asked our agency to book a room for us in this hotel. When we arrived İstanbul they took us to another hotel called “Cumbali luxury restaurant hotel”. That actually doesn’t look like a real hotel! It was so dirty, without no breakfast services and the elevator was too small and they didn’t have a luggage room! We booked two room but they just give us one room and told you should wait for your another room although the time was after 2:00 pm! We asked them why you change our hotel without telling nothing to us? They just say this hotel is much better( they were lying to us) and they do not have empty room! Finally we asked our agency to change this terrible hotel to a good one. I do not recommend you this hotel at all!

Hotel staff are accommodating and friendly. Rooms are clean and tidy, not that spacious but still manageable. Location of the Hotel is close to Osmanbey metro station, 5-7 mins walking up the hill, a good workout. Accsessible to any locations like restaurants, bars, and others shops.

Was allocated this hotel whilst visiting Istanbul for a medical procedure. Room is modern and clean. Air conditioning was too hot but was adjusted by staff from the lobby. It isn’t located in a picturesque part of the city, however I felt perfectly safe walking around on my own at night. It is in a hilly part of the city which could be an issue if you have limited mobility. Breakfast isn’t the best but this is a budget hotel and for that feel it offers good value for money.

Rezervasyon konusunda iyiler. Reserve ettigim tarihte gidemedim ve 3 günlük kaporam yandi tabiiki. Ameliyat tarihimin degistigini acikladim, ve 2 gün gec gidip, hic sorun etmeden tüm fiyati nakit ödedim. Odaya girdiginizde resimlerle hic bir alakasi yoktu. Sadece mobilyalar ayni, lakin heryer rutubet, duvarlar akmis, Klima Üstünde 3 senelik toz, camlar les gibi, yorgan yastiklar kokuyor ve killi. Tv calismiyordu. Biz, gittik temizlik malzemesi alip, (1 ay kalmak istiyorduk) kendimiz temizlemeye karar verdik. Biz ertesi sabah, firdevs hanimi arayip, hic birseyden sikayetci olmadik, sadece tv calismiyor dedik, firdevs hanim tersleyerek „Kanallari silmissinizdir, biz tedbik etmeden vermiyoruz odayi, televizyoncu cagiricam extra 50 tl ödemeniz lazim“ dedi. Oysaki ben kendisine, sadece televizyonu actigimizi ve ayarlariyla oynamadigimizi, ve bu yaklasimini dogru bulmadigimi söyledim Kendisi bana „sizin türkceniz mi kit, anlamiyormusunuz“ diye bir cümle kurdu. Bende ona, bu sekilde; asla orda kalmayacagimi, kendisinin böyle benimle konusamayacagini söyledim, ve cikis yapmak istedigimi söyledim. 1 gün kaldim, kendisi benden 900 tl cekti. Müsterileriyle bu sekilde davraniyorlar, sadece paranizi istiyorlar. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum
