Very convenient place and friendly reception. Receptionist Ozgur is very friendly and fast in check in. I arrived at 10 am and he gave me an early check in for free. The room is super clean and the location is very convenient to food and transport. One port is near by. Highly recommend for backpackers.

Quite a good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, water, tea and coffee provided free of charge. There is a quietly working AC as well. About the negative points: a kettle seemed not very clean; you can hear every noise from the corridor; there is a smell of cigarettes coming from downstairs. The hotel is ok for a short stay.

Receptionist was excellent and helped carry my bags up the stairs! Room was very clean and warm, with great and new facilities (including USB charging points). Just take note that there's no lift, so avoid heavy luggage if you can :)

The room looks better in real life than pictures and Mr.receptionist was really friendly and helped me carry my really heavy luggage up the stairs and halted taxi for me. Big thumbs up to him.

The room was specious, modern and in an excellent location. The only problem was the lack of staff when we needed anything. There was no staff there most of the time in the mornings or evenings

Good hotel, big room.

A very cozy hotel with a spacious room, which is not often found in Istanbul hotels. The room is clean, they checked us in a little earlier, for which we are very grateful. We only had to wait half an hour. The bed is huge, the mattress is medium hard, the pillows are medium thick - it was very comfortable to sleep. Bottled water for the first day, as a compliment from the hotel. The radiator in the room is adjustable, if it is cool, you can turn it up, plus you can turn on the air conditioner for heating. The only problems were with the shower, we could not set the normal temperature, it was hot, then cool. There is a bus and tram stop nearby, 5-7 minutes walk away. The climb to the hotel is uphill, like everywhere in Galata, but it is only a short walk, so it is not critical. There is no elevator in the hotel, the stairs are steep, this is also almost everywhere, so it cannot be considered a minus. The Galata Tower is literally two steps away.

The hotel has no elevator and the stairs are narrow, so it is difficult to carry a large suitcase. When checking in, you just need to carry the suitcase up one floor to the front desk. After checking in, the staff will help you carry the suitcase up two floors, but you need to carry it yourself when checking out. The location is uphill and the road is not easy to walk.

First I went to Istanbul, then Izmir, then Selcuk, Antalya, Cappadocia, and finally back to Istanbul. I left a suitcase here when I left, so I stayed here again.

The location is very bad, the soundproofing is extremely poor, it is right in the downtown area, and you can hear other people's conversations clearly. The bedding is very poor. I have a good sleep quality and can barely fall asleep in such a noisy environment. The whole homestay is very small, and the front desk is only occasionally there. Pay more money and don't stay in this crappy place!

The attitude is very good and the environment is clean. There are a lot of stairs up and down, so it's a bit tiring to carry the box.

The room was too noisy. Especially at night, the sound of cars passing by outside the window and the loud voices made it impossible to fall asleep. The rooms in the hotel are not soundproof. The loud voices and slamming doors in the corridor also woke people up. The bathroom also leaked. This is the worst hotel we stayed in Türkiye.
