Well equipped hotel with all the necessary comfort, all the staff are very attentive and the food is good. I slept well in a very quiet room, too bad the ventilation system is a bit loud.

I recently spent two nights in this hotel and was overall satisfied. The rooms are modern and clean.
The service was friendly and helpful, but I had to wait to check in because the reception was understaffed.

Staff very helpful. MR MESUT ready to serve with smile. Blanket need to be placed on bed. Sitting bowl need maintenance as the water non stop flow. Tooth brush was not there.

I am totally disappointed with this hotel. We didn't feel comfortable at all.
The staff is extremely unfriendly. You ask in Turkish and get an answer in English. Totally rude. Because the staff at the bar were overworked, we were told that they were closing now and that we should order to go to our room, and that was on a Friday evening at 9:40 p.m. Phew, I really reached my limits. I would have preferred to just leave, but I had already paid.
So that I could be on the same floor as my friends, I had to pay an upgrade of 20 EUR per night!!! Because they said my room was on the 6th floor and the 12th floor also had a sea view. Great, that's another way to rip off customers. I had a great view of the entire cemetery and I paid extra for that.
Very sad, I'm only telling you in detail so that you don't get ripped off like I did. I'll upload pictures right away.
