It's value for money. Clean, hommy. For ones who looking for simple clean room, quiet area, not crowded and wanna feel native neighborhood, the hostel is the one alternative. It runs by family who for Turkish they are in the level of very nice. The historical places are in the walking area. This is the main reasons I choosed this place. In the morning or night You can chill in the edge of Bosporus area very close with Halic. If you want to go further it's easy to catch the public transportation of Istanbul that very convenient. Only one thing, coz I don't eat breakfast, only once meal a day and I eat only protein so then I didn't have chance to taste the food of the madam. But, around the neighborhood it's easy to find what you want to eat.. I like the slow roated chicken just cross 2 m in front of the hostel..near the A101 small supermarket that you can get anything, yogurt Aryan bread water etc in at very normal price.
It's the best choice for budget solo traveller

I requested for refund as I could not board flight due to health conditions. I provide flight cancellation proof to trip.com . But it is the hotel who refused to refund. Beware if you book non refundable with them.

Этот отель мне очень понравился, если будет возможность, я снова остановлюсь в этом отеле. В номере чисто, уютно. Телевизор, холодильник, чайник, чай и сахар, тапочки, фен, всё это есть. Вай-фай работал отлично. Вид из окна был на улицу. Улица шумная и грязновата. До метро недалеко. До Сулеймание дойти в горку не более 10минут. Большое спасибо отелю за хороший отдых, за положительные эмоции. Желаю отелю дальнейшего процветания!

Trotz Anulierung meines Fluges (Streik) wollte der Inhaber mein Aufenthalt nach hinten nicht verschieben. (Kein entgegen kommen). Trip com hat (kein Verschulden von mir) hat eine Entschädigung mit Trip coins erstatten…. Ich habe daraufhin Rodion Hotel von außen angeschaut… 😂 Musste zu meinem Erstaunen feststellen dad einige Zimmer gar kein Fenster haben… 😯

The Rodion Hotel is an optimal choice for a budget friendly stay in Istanbul and boasts great value for money. The rooms and ablutions are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff helpful. The included breakfast is good and sets you up for a day of exploration in Istanbul. Mehmet and his family are hospitable and relaxed making the stay all the better. I’d recommend the Rodion to the intrepid tourist in Istanbul who is looking for something central, simple, and cheap.

This place is an awesome budget hotel. It is very simple and family owned. Almost has a hostel feel (without the shared rooms of course) because of its simplicity and budget price. It’s in a very good location- walking distance to tram, bus and metro, and just a few stops from the tourist attractions. They have a nice breakfast and good wifi. It is also family owned and the owner is SO helpful. He went above and beyond and helped us get SIM cards, change money, transportation and anything we asked.

I arrived after the middle of the night from Amsterdam I found the hotel closed the doors and no one’s mention that for me I suffered at 3 am to find another hotel sure I paid extra to the taxi and for another hotel So please make sure with this hotel before you book , it was horrible experience with them
