On April 8, we booked an overnight stay from April 12 to 13 at the Campanile Hotel in Clermont Ferrand Sud - Issoire via Trip.com. We paid Trip.com €59.32. The next morning when checking out, we were informed that they had not received payment from Trip.com. I showed them my bank statement and the Check-in voucher, as well as the email confirmation from Trip.com from April 8 that the booking had been confirmed. I still had to pay for the overnight stay at €55.70. (see attached photo) I feel cheated by Trip.com and hope that Trip will refund the €55.70 to my bank account NL74 INGB ********** ******************* in ********

the breakfast buffet very expensive for the choice, it is no longer the buffet of before which had double the choice !!!!!!

The equivalent of a Travelodge in the UK this chain of motel style hotels is perfect for a one night stop over. The staff were kind and the selection of food for dinner was good. Breakfast was brilliant.
