Op 8 april hebben we via Trip.com een overnachting van 12 op 13 april geboekt in het Campanile Hotel te Clermont Ferrand Sud - Issoire. We hebben Trip.com betaald €59,32. De volgende ochtend bij het uitchecken werd ons medegedeeld dat zij geen betaling hebben ontvangen van Trip.com. Ik heb hen mijn bankafschrijving laten zien en de Incheckvoucher, alsook de email bevestiging van Trip.com van 8 april dat de boeking is bevestigd. Ik heb als nog de overnachting moeten betalen ad. €55,70. (zie bijgevoegde foto) Ik voel me dan ook door Trip.com belazerd en hoop dat Trip z.s.m. de € 55,70 terugstort op mijn bankrekening NL74 INGB ********** ******************* te ********

Very tired Campanile, rooms desperately need refurbishing! Mouldy shower, broken lights by bed, no soundproofing, awful lumpy pillows. The location was very convenient for the motorway and was very quiet. The staff were all very friendly and hardworking. The food options for dinner were expensive and very poor buffet. Would not return. Much better Campaniles elsewhere.

The equivalent of a Travelodge in the UK this chain of motel style hotels is perfect for a one night stop over. The staff were kind and the selection of food for dinner was good. Breakfast was brilliant.
