We paid Trip.com €59.32. The next morning when checking out, we were informed that they had not received payment from Trip.com. "Have stayed many times at this Ibis. Our recent stay was disappointing. Receptionist not welcoming. Spent much of his time on his phone, playing games or smoking outside. There was no white wine available. It sits next door to a large Carrefour. How difficult would it have been to buy a few bottles while awaiting delivery? Corner of duvet very grubby. Such a shame. It used to be a favourite."
