Nice hotel to stay and the location is good. Can find food easily!

Location is very good. Room is spacious. Breakfast is acceptable. Service is good. Happy with my stay. Only issue is that there are 3 of us but hotel can only give 2 room cards.

The location in Ipoh is very good. There are many famous local foods in Ipoh nearby and they are within walking distance.

1st time to Ipoh and happy that I chose this hotel. It is very convenient to mall, eatery n places of interest. The check in was very smooth and fast.  Am delighted that I was able to checked into my room at around 9am instead of 3pm . Room is clean and spacious with nice view too. The only thing are the toilet door and the main door is too old very hard to close 😅 other than that everything is good😁The b’fast spread is very simple nothing to be picky abt , just nice to fill up your tummy.  Thank you for your hospitality and will sure to recommend to friends.

Hotel in city centre. Check in was smooth. Need deposit rm50. Check out also okay. The room not to large but ok for 2 person. Overall is happy with the price!

Good location good service good stay

Location is good with lots of dimsum option nearby and a famous ayam tauge flat noodle stall nearby. Possible to walk to Ipoh parade mall in 5 mins too. Room is a bit old though renovated but still comfortable. I will say it is worth it for the price. Breakfast lacks variety so consider booking wiothout it since there are numerous dimsum nearby.

Comfortable & Friendly staff. Near amenities such as shopping and famous chicken rice shop.

Love the location of Excelsior hotel. Within walking distance to restaurant and shopping mall. Room was clean and of a good size.

The room was at the back of the hotel. It was noisy till middle of night due to singing. There were drumming activities before dawn.

Hotel is not close to the old town (15-20min walk), very noisy (we could hear people talking loud on the corridor, close to a food centre where there was music until late in the night especially on saturday), quite dirty (we saw cockroaches in the bathroom). I would not recommend this hotel.
