The apartment is very clean, and the beds came with good quality mattresses. My family stay at this place was pleasant and very comfortable.

The room was very clean and the service was excellent. The facilities were great and it has a bird's eye view of the city which was fantastic. I would stay here again.

Nice, tidy and fun

Wonderful experience! The property owner was very responsive and the place was very clean and in tip top condition. Couldn't ask for more. Even the deposit refund was done the same day we provide her with the bank details to remit the refund. Location is only a short distance to town centre and food outlets are readily within 5 minutes walk. They even have ironing facilities. Will definitely book again.

Overall the apartment is nice, but the big issue lies in the carpark. Carparks have a lot of beams and are narrow, a mpv merely passes through. It took us quite a while to drive up to level 5. I would consider it twice for the next trip.

We had a great time. The host is very responsive, there was some issue faced during our stay and the host did all she can to assist to resolve the issue. The building is still very new and located at residential area near Restoran Pelita (walking distance). Carpark is very narrow and it's quite challenging to turn up/down especially if you are driving a pickup truck or big MPV.

The swimming pool is great and the location is good. You can get anywhere in a few minutes by taxi. The room is also big enough, clean and comfortable. It is suitable for the whole family to live and play.

Come here for a day, the environment is good. The room is very clean and it is easy to find food around. This room is suitable for a family of four. I will choose this place again next time I come back.

It is not recommended for people who drive to stay here, as it is too troublesome to find a parking space. . . The location is pretty good, but there are not enough tableware, so it is not recommended to cook food here. . .

The hotel is clean and well-managed, with a good location. It is not far from major shopping malls and Mistress Lane. It has parking spaces and is suitable for self-driving tours. The hotel manager and guests maintain close communication during their stay. There was only a slight problem when I first checked in and picked up the room card. Because Ctrip did not give the hotel the guest's phone number, the hotel never contacted me. It was not until I arrived in Ipoh that I contacted the hotel using a local phone number to obtain the check-in mailbox password. And door key.
