Room is big , equipped with everything needed . Nearby family mart & some local restaurant . Overall is good , will definately be back !

The service of the contact person is excellent. The lobby of the apartment is quite dark though safe… the apartment inside is spacious and bring with plenty of lightings … the balcony looks nice but can’t be used as the air-con heat are expelled from there. The towels and beddings aren’t clean…

GOod and convinent location. Unit was on Ground Floor convient for family member who age 80 snd above plus need walking stick. Unit was clean & complete with necessary items

It’s a great place with a good and strategic location. Plus, I choose ground floor and it is very easy for us. Definitely will choose this place again when we go to Ipoh in future.

- The bed linen appaers to be quite worn out - water pressure in both bathroom's were very low, mailing it very difficult to rinse off, only one pair of bathroom slippers for sharing - minimal plugs available in living / dining area. There is only one plug available next to the door in the bedrooms except for master bedroom. - this apartment is located near an airport, noise level can be challenging.

Near a lot of restaurants. Area not to busy . Decent homestay to pick for vacation.

Room is comfortable and clean. Suggest to add some plugpoint for the oven or increase the cable length

Very new apartment and thus very clean. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Check in was easy. Definitely good value for money for such size.

We stay for 3 nights in a 3 bedroom unit. We chose this place because of the good review. Yes, the apartment is well equipped and comfortable, but all 4 air-conditioning air vent were choked with dust and not working efficiently. I believe it was not serviced for years. For this, I give 1 star for cleanliness.

Nice and clean, preferred for friends and family where there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. The kitchen comes with fridge, cutlery, mugs and water filter which is very convenient.
