We had a fabulous time at the iOS Palace. I only wish it was longer. Our room was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was always a delight and all the staff we encountered could not be more happy and helpful. They really went extra to make our stay a joyful one. I said to my girlfriends - if I disappear one day..... this is where I'll be - come find me!

iOS palace hotel was so welcoming , perfect location and amazing staff that after we left and went to our next island we missed it so much we went right back 3 days later !! I am not a big review writer but iOS palace deserves a great review !! Everyone !! And I mean everyone on the staff was fantastic ! Sandy , maria, dimetrus !!! All deserve honorable mention ! Perfect location , service, accommodation and a magical place to stay !! I will be returning and recommending ! I am a Ritz Carlton , four season travler and this small unique boutique hotel has met above and beyond my expectations !!! Don't think just book !!!!

This place was absolutely amazing! You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location—right at Mylopotas Beach, surrounded by charming boutiques, cozy cafés, and minimarts, with organized beaches just steps away. The hotel staff went above and beyond—always friendly, helpful, and eager to please. Each room is uniquely designed, giving the hotel its own special character. One of the highlights is the fabulous pool that overlooks the sparkling water—it’s the perfect spot to relax. Breakfast is included, and the food is outstanding. The pricing is very reasonable, and you truly get incredible value for your money. This gem in Ios is one I’d highly recommend!

iOS hotel palace est tout sauf un hôtel 4 étoiles . Tout y est vétuste et bricolé . Le pire de l’hôtellerie en Grèce. L’emplacement est super mais cela s’arrête là . Même le personnel n’est pas très compétent ni sympathique, et surtout aucun sens du service client . Notre vol décalé de 2h nous empêchait d’arriver le premier soir sur l’île … ils ont refusé tout geste commercial et nous avons donc dû payer notre nuit plus une autre nuit dans un autre hôtel … même pas un petit geste. Bref il y a plein d’autres hôtels aussi bien placés et qui vous traiteront mieux … à éviter . Je vous épargne la climatisation posée sur la terrasse où vous êtes censés profiter de la vue , les bestioles sur les murs … voir les photos

Από τη στιγμή που φτάσαμε στο Ios Palace Hotel, νιώσαμε ότι βρισκόμασταν σε έναν μικρό παράδεισο. Η τοποθεσία είναι μοναδική – ακριβώς πάνω στην παραλία του Μυλοπότα, με υπέροχη θέα στο Αιγαίο και εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της Ίου. Το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο: ευγενικό, πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει με κάθε λεπτομέρεια και πάντα με χαμόγελο. Η εξυπηρέτηση είναι πραγματικά πέντε αστέρων και φροντίζουν ώστε να μη σου λείψει τίποτα. Τα δωμάτια είναι μοντέρνα, πεντακάθαρα και διακοσμημένα με πολύ γούστο, με όλα τα κομφόρ που θα περίμενε κανείς από ένα πολυτελές ξενοδοχείο. Το μπαλκόνι μας είχε απίθανη θέα στη θάλασσα και ήταν το τέλειο σημείο για να απολαύσουμε το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και εξαιρετικής ποιότητας, με φρέσκα προϊόντα, μεγάλη ποικιλία και επιλογές για όλα τα γούστα. Επίσης, η πισίνα με το pool bar ήταν ένα από τα αγαπημένα μας σημεία – ιδανική για ξεκούραση με ένα δροσιστικό κοκτέιλ στο χέρι. Το spa του ξενοδοχείου αποτελεί μια ξεχωριστή εμπειρία. Οι θεραπείες ήταν χαλαρωτικές και επαγγελματικές, ιδανικές για όσους θέλουν να ξεφύγουν από το άγχος της καθημερινότητας.

Our Family booked into this hotel. Situated a stone throw from the beach Very pleasant mixture like between a hotel, motel and air b and b ! based on vibe and facilities offered. There is no real lounge and only an outside bar . Rooms apartment style and bit slack in cleaning times . Staff also said they short staffed !We had to call reception a few time to get more toilet paper ! Rooms comfortable and breakfasts nice on the terrace . Had lunch one day huge portions but quality only ok . Lovely pool area and outside bar . Reception staff super friendly and helpful.
