"Good hotel in the city centre. We stayed for two days but they forgot to clean our room, to change towels, etc! They also refused to upgrade our room with two single beds to a room with a king bed. They offered to somehow join the two beds. But the next day surprisingly they forgot it! The staff is friendly but this is not enough... Next time in Ioannina we will look for other options."

GGuest UserThis lovely boutique hotel is conveniently located in the historic centre of Ioannina city. It is a stone throw away from the lake in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Everything you need is within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband and I spent 4 nights here and will definitely return.

GGuest UserVisited Ioaninna and King Pyrros provided everything I expected.
We spent a couple of nights and had a pleasant stay. Service at the front desk was attentive and prompt.
The bedroom had all basic amenities including a fridge and AC. The drainage and general condition of the bathroom could have been better but the bedroom was totally satisfactory.
Municipal parking nearby. A great bakery, Mikels Coffee and 2 brilliant ice cream shops within 1 minute walk. It's a slightly longer walk to the fortress but it's certainly a scenic one.
