There was no reception, no one to greet. Room was double booked and no apology. Trip.com had to sort us out, ended up in a different room but was filthy.

It's a very rustic built house next to a creek. It is very simple inside, with only one bed, three power sockets, an old sofa, no table, and no sink. The sink and bathroom are shared.

I was very apprehensive about staying here after reading many negative reviews, but to my surprise it was a very pleasant experience. Only met one staff member who was pleasant and helpful , the accommodation was basic , but as expected for glamping , the ablutions were clean and well maintained, and the site was in a quiet, beautiful location by the river

Nous n'avons pas eu accès à la chambre qui était déjà occupée. Nous avons dû chercher un hotel à 30 km de là.
Nous n'avons eu aucune réponse à nos mels ni au téléphone pour que le loueur s'explique et nous dépanne, il était aux abonnés absents. Nous voulons être remboursés.

DISGUSTING! You are better sleeping in your car like Myself and brother did. This place is a scam! The pictures shown do not look anything like it in real like. Spider, fly, mushroom, mould infestation everywhere. Unliveable! I am sure you would get a respiratory problem with the amount of uncleanliness and mould. It is hell and should be put down! I truly feel robbed and want my money back! A simple cleaner and maintenance would solve this issue. Do Not Waste your Money pre-paying for this hell hole.

We. spent 2 hrs driving around trying to find the place. When we did find it there was no one there to help us with our reservation. The place is dirty and rundown. ******* has a nerve even promoting this dump. I want my money back.
