Rowan Guest House Group Ltd on 19 Ardross St. is in good location, walking distance to Inverness centre. But in the morning of our checking out date. Cleaning lady came into the room before we checked out without knocking the door. We have made the hotel reception aware of the incident.

Really nice and cozy location in Inverness. Parking was convenient for a quick one night stay, and the river is just a short walk away. However, for a room of 3 people, only one key was a bit inconvenient.

Excellent family run hotel. Clean, friendly, and well run. Just a short walk to the city centre and a wonderful bakery at the end of the road. Highly recommended!

The room is clean with good facilities, including refrigerator and micro-oven. There are also supermarkets nearby.

The sanitation is very good, the heating is also very powerful, the front desk always uses polite words and has a good attitude. The price-performance ratio is very high. I stayed for 3 days and there was cleaning every day, changing towels, etc. Only the sound insulation may be a problem, everything else is very good

The 3-person room is on the first floor, with decent space, a standard old-style foreign hotel. There is a public parking lot nearby, a few minutes walk to the hotel, next to the municipal department, and it is not expensive to pay for overnight stay.
