非常驚喜的酒店，在英國十幾天感覺最舒服的酒店！酒店在河邊，有自己獨立的花園和停車場，很安全便利，環境安靜、優美宜人！房間設施齊全，乾濕分離兩用非常方便合理，床品及毛巾都幹整潔舒適，提供一次性的拖鞋、牙刷、棉簽、剔須刀、梳子和針線包，這在英國的酒店是非常罕見的！每一位服務員都彬彬有禮，主動幫忙把行李送到房間，耐心帶我們去挑選喜歡的房間，餐食可口！各服務細節都非常細緻周到！感覺非常棒，又讓酒店安排了一晚在一樓可以走出陽台的房間，享受着綠草如茵，參天大樹，小鳥鳴叫的大自然的味道，還在草地上發現了野生大靈芝，非常愝意！以後來蘇格蘭高地肯定會再次入住！

衞生：訂了2晚，在我們出門的時候，應該打掃房間的，但是我昨天使用過的杯子沒有擦乾淨，這點讓人很不舒服。
設施：沒有健身房和spa，如果要用這些設施需要去姐妹酒店，就很麻煩
環境：在湖邊上，總體風景很不錯，1樓有花園露台
服務：早餐也一般，hot dish種類正常水平，自助種類太少了，水果有車釐子比其它同價位的酒店好，服務員態度都很好，好的有點假
酒店住客都是老錢白人😂，這個酒店真的在這個小鎮算很不錯的了，房間真的一般

你有在cheek in 的時候被驚艷到嗎？推行李的大叔穿着穩重的羊毛西裝，提前到門口迎接我們，帶我們到大堂入座，廚房的小哥端來咖啡，軟飲，前台的泰國妹妹出來前台給我們做check in ，然後房間佈置得很好，牆布，毛巾，床品，無一不在靜靜述説著這間酒店的品位。美麗的花園和美味的早餐衹等您去親自品嚐，大門口就是尼斯河，水流，嬉戲的水鳥，對岸的美景，構成了一副寧靜的油畫。我們在晚餐回酒店途中，還偶遇了邊上教堂的唱詩班音樂會，孩子們清麗的嗓音，讚美詩回想在教堂的穹頂間……
