Great hotel! The view surrounding the hotel is beautiful with clear view of the famous Inuyama castle. The walks surrounding the hotel is also very nice, with routes going along the river. Guests also have access to an onsen and the National Garden. Breakfast is good and the coffee is decent. It is located further away from the main part of Nagoya, but catching an express train from the closest train station will only take less than 30mins.

Absolutely amazing stay with Indigo ! ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS! I booked Hotel Indigo so as to join a day trip to Shirakawa-go unfortunately my trip was cancelled unexpectedly. #1. Location - I arrived Nagoya station from Tokyo station via bullet train 1hr 50mibs & changed to subway to Inuyama Station 40mins via express 1st class train. From there took taxi to Hotel about 12mins drive by walk 25-30mins #2. This hotel is very nice location 2 mins by the lake , 5mins to Inuyama Castle, if you enjoy quiet getaway this is BEST PICK #3. Arrival Experience- Very fast & smooth check-out, I was surprised the hotel didn't asked for any deposit or credit card gurantee I was assigned room 426 on 4th floor #4 Room Size: Super Spacious Room ( bigger than Conrad Tokyo's room )- Big King size bed, mattress, pillos&blankets are very comfortable and soft and I had very good sleep till 9am- 10am every morning It has separate standing shower, basin , toilet and closest, that's really nice for couple ( privacy )or solo. Provided all the amenities you need and mini bar and coffee machines. #5. They have very nice big Indoor/Outdoor "Onsen" Hot spring that I enjoy every night Is FREE OF CHARGE #6. ONSEN CLOTHES ARE PROVIDED IN THE ROO

This place is great! Gorgeous sparkling driveway, full service, wonderful staff, beautiful standard rooms, amazing buffet and order breakfast with American, European and Japanese foods. Their spa was refreshing, the dining area had an amazing view of the garden area and the castle on the hill. The price was very reasonable for such a wonderful place.

very good experience with family, the room is clean and tidy. Breakfast with Japanese and Western style for choosing, delicious and yummy. The onsen is nice especially the outdoor one, you can enjoy hot spring under starry night.

The onsen was charged JPY150 for each person per night compulsory. I think it should be a facility provided by hotel and should not be charged. And the breakfast had to be reserved one day before. You could enter the Japanese Garden URAKU-EN nearby for FREE by holding the Hotel Room KeyCard.
