Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences Reims – Saint Thomas

This was the most cozy hotel apartment I stayed at during my trip—friendly people, a quiet and clean environment, and spacious rooms. We didn't know how to park, and Benjamin led us downstairs and showed us where to park. The young man was incredibly kind and gave us helpful advice. There was also a friendly and welcoming female receptionist from Nigeria. The curtains were the outward-pulling roller blinds, creating a completely dark environment, so I could rest very well.

Rooms: The apartment is relatively new, clean, and tidy, with spacious rooms. We booked two rooms; one had a super large bathroom, but the bed was a bit small. The kitchen is separate from the rooms, with a door to prevent odors from mixing. All necessary kitchenware and tableware are provided. Location: It's a bit out of the way; it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the church in the city center. Parking: There are free parking spaces at the entrance, but the number is limited and it depends on luck.

the staff immediately started to solve the problem with our Russian translations, did not bother us too much about it, moreover, they gave us a second room (apartment) for free, because when they saw the height of our child, they said that the sofa (couch) would not be comfortable for him, in terms of height he fit just tightly..., in short, we were shocked! Pleasantly shocked!) the apartments are huge, well equipped, very spacious bath-shower, super clean! To the center - max 15 minutes walk, it is better to walk than to rent housing in a noisy, problematic center (in the historical center there are problems: water, sewage, noise). In general, I recommend this hotel!
