This was the best hotel of our China trip! Every corner of the hotel is beautifully designed, and the room was spotless with all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind. When my father experienced a bit of dizziness due to the high altitude, the staff quickly brought him an oxygen machine along with a special tea to help ease the symptoms — such thoughtful care! Dinner at the hotel was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff looked after us throughout the entire meal, and everyone was so friendly. Breakfast was unique and delightful, and the morning latte they served was absolutely perfect . The hotel is family owned and run, and between the delicious food and attentive, personable service, we couldn’t ask for anything more. The location is insanely beautiful with views of the mountains, town and farms. Everyone in town is very friendly and kind, and the staff truely went above and beyond for us. It can be difficult to find transport, but this wasn’t an issue as the hotel sorted all transport for us by driving us to and from hiking locations. They also suggested and helped us organise activities such as hiking and riding horseback through mountain passes. During our stay we thought “This is our best holiday yet” - it is such a remarkable place, and the hotel made it even better.
