GGuest UserWhat a pleasant surprise for our first stop on our western Sichuan road trip! The room was incredibly clean and tidy, and the owner is very detail-oriented. There's even an oxygen supply in the room, and the service was amazing and super attentive! The hotel also has fantastic views, which was very therapeutic! The yak hotpot was the best we had on this entire western Sichuan trip! Highly recommend!!!

IiamkeenThis guesthouse truly exceeded our expectations! The room design is very stylish, clean, and tidy, with an absolutely stunning view – we could admire the snow-capped mountains right from our bed, making for a very comfortable stay. The owner's service was incredibly warm and thoughtful; not only did they provide convenient transfers to and from the scenic area, but they also proactively helped us contact and book a vehicle back to Chengdu, which saved us a lot of hassle during our trip. Any needs we had during our stay were promptly addressed, making us feel right at home. Both the environment, facilities, and service were impeccable. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Siguniang Mountain, and we will definitely be back!

CCrayon TravelsOverall This was an absolutely stunning stay — one of the best I've experienced, and it truly blew us away. We had a balcony room with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The resort is run by a warm couple and a team of locals who were wonderfully attentive and helpful, arranging our transportation from Chengdu to their doorstep and back. The food was exceptional — wholesome, nourishing and deeply local. The dinner hotpot hit the spot on a cold night, and breakfast was healthy and energising — exactly what you need before a long day of hiking. The room itself was spectacular; waking up to pine trees dusted with snow and a clear mountain view was something else. On a clear night, you could stargaze from the balcony and melt into the rocking chair. Simply blissful and a good escape from the city life. Highly recommend NPS 10. 🏨 Room — 10/10 Great layout, comfortable bed, a warm toilet seat on a cold morning, spacious, and most importantly — a stunning view. The hotel is relatively new, having opened in 2025 according to the owners. 🧹 Cleanliness — 10/10 Spotless throughout. All common areas were new and well kept. 👋 Staff Friendliness & Responsiveness — 10/10 The couple who run the place are genuinely lovely — always on hand to ensure you have a great stay. Responsive over WeChat to help coordinate logistics ahead of the trip, and they'll drop you at the entrance of the main hiking sites. Other staff were equally helpful. The primary language is Chinese, but they are patient and a translation app works perfectly fine. 📍 Location — 9/10 A 10-minute drive from both Changping and Shuangqiao valleys. Not much in the immediate surroundings — quaint little farms, grazing cows, and steep hills that will test anyone not yet acclimatised. 🍽️ Food & Drink — 9/10 The hotpot on both nights was incredibly nourishing and full of flavour, featuring a variety of local wild vegetables and mushrooms. There is also a stir-fry menu with a solid selection of local dishes, though we stuck to the hotpot both evenings. 🌅 View/Scenery — 11/10 Snowcapped peaks and beautiful pine forests as far as the eye can see (visited in April). I could have sat and stared out the window all day. 🏃 Activities & Surroundings — 10/10 The mountains and hiking trails are the main draw here — and honestly, the only activity you'll ever need. Shuangqiao is absolutely gorgeous and you could spend a whole day there if you like to hike(instead of just taking the bus). Changping is more for hikers, no bus service with a different charm, I love it more cause it was less touristy. The immediate area is quiet — everything you need is within the hotel itself. Stock up on essentials in the city, or check with staff ahead of time if there's anything specific you need. It's a hillside town, four hours from Chengdu.

GGuest UserWhat started as an accidental booking turned into a wonderful surprise! The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service. The food, from breakfast to dinner and even the coffee, was superb! The owner also patiently offered itinerary suggestions and helped arrange private car services to attractions and the bus station. A huge thank you to the owner and staff for their 100% perfect service 💯. You can truly feel the owner's passion for life, which is evident in every corner of the inn. If I ever visit Changping Valley again, I will definitely book this place without hesitation ❤️.

BBaoshidelvxingThis hotel was exceptionally good. We didn't have great weather during our trip, so we ended up spending a lot of time curled up inside. The room had an unbeatable view directly facing Siguniang Mountain, which I had been looking forward to. What I particularly loved was the room type we booked – a family room. It had a separate small room, and both large windows faced Siguniang Mountain directly. The decor was simple, cozy Nordic style, and the lighting and bedding were just right and comfortable. This was by far the best hotel experience we had on our Western Sichuan trip. Dinner was pre-ordered by the butler, and the charcoal hotpot was truly abundant. The staff were also incredibly polite. Very satisfied.

MMaoxianshenglvxingrijiAvoid the peak season and friends to punch in Siguniang Mountain, set Changpinggougougou Fangyuan Li 3300 French Mountain Residence, the location is excellent, it is very convenient to go to the scenic spot. Although it is a new store, the overall is well maintained. The butler service is online throughout the whole process, and the parking lot is answered. The large luggage is actively helped to carry. There are Hada, hot tea, welcome fruit and afternoon tea. The details are very warm. Staying in the viewing pool twin room, floor heating, oxygen supply equipment, highland living comfort is full, toiletries are branded, Dyson hair dryer is a plus. The room has a good view, the private soup pool viewing experience is excellent, clean and quiet, whether it is a friend or a small couple to travel, the overall stay experience is full, highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe room was spotless, and from the window, I could gaze at Mount Balang. Stepping out into the courtyard, I enjoyed views of Mount Balang on one side and Mount Siguniang on the other – truly delightful. The owner and staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Since my elderly mother was with me and experienced some altitude sickness, the staff showed great concern and care. Both dinner and breakfast were very satisfying. Considering we were in the mountains, the accommodation quality was excellent. Plus, their golden retriever and Mimi (the small dog) were both so well-behaved. Many thanks again to the owner for their wonderful service and good cheer during our stay.

GGuest UserThis Tibetan-style Cloud Inn is located in Siguniangshan Town, making it very convenient to get to Shuangqiao Valley and Changping Valley. The rooms are clean and tidy, with underfloor heating, so it's not cold when staying overnight in the highlands. The owner is incredibly thoughtful; they'll pick you up if you take the shuttle bus. The first floor is a restaurant, offering free breakfast from 8-9 am daily. You can also opt for yak hotpot for lunch and dinner, or enjoy coffee there. Dining is very convenient, and convenience stores are just a short walk away. During the off-season, the streets are quiet and peaceful, and the view from the window is beautiful. If you need to go to other scenic spots, you can also contact the owner to arrange a car, which is very handy. This is definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Siguniangshan.

GGuest UserOur stay at the New Siguniang Mountain Villa in Aba Prefecture was absolutely fantastic! First, a huge shout-out to the sales department. They were incredibly patient and thorough during booking, offering professional itinerary advice and fair, transparent pricing. We had a great impression even before arriving. Upon check-in, we were even more impressed; the front desk staff was warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. The hotel facilities are brand new, the room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was super comfortable. Plus, stepping onto the balcony offered stunning views of the snow-capped mountains – truly a perfect stay. The food was incredibly authentic, with delicious yak hot pot and local wild vegetables, and the breakfast spread was generous. The parking lot is huge, so parking was a breeze for those driving. What really stood out was the excellent management; even the leadership personally checked in on our experience, showing the entire team's dedication. Next time we visit Siguniang Mountain, we'll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserI was traveling alone to clear my head, and I came by bus. When the owner found out, he drove to pick me up and even gave me a yogurt. In the morning, when I was heading to the scenic area, he saw I was alone and specially offered me a free ride. Ah, it was truly therapeutic! Not just the scenery, but also the hotel owner – there are still so many good people out there.
