Xiaojin Homestays

I have searched for a hotel in SiGuNiangShan over a year. i have pinned this hotel as the first in my list to visit. I checked-in with excitement but checked-out with a lot of disappointment.  First of all, I admire their room cleanliness and comfy bedding. The heating floor is great. Their breakfast is a combination for both chinese and western, which is kinda nice. Dinner is fine. There are not a lot of option for meal around the area. i did not try the western dishes but the hotpot is general. I think it is a little expensive with 300RMB for chicken soup with 3 types of veggie. Everything is (mostly) accordingly to the advertisement.  Except that I think the built-in bath tub (the square one not the white one) seems not as clean that I am not feeling of getting myself in. Perhaps, the strain plus the color make me feel this way.  There are 2-3 construction sides in the area that block the view. These are not pleasurable, though there are not noise or working staff around. There are no public area or walking path that allow visitors to spend their time out of the room. Well, it is not worth to spend time in the public area anyway as their staff rarely smile or greeting the visitors nicely. The driver who picked me up of the parking lots never smiled to me directly during the time of visit. ** my disappointment came greatest when I went into Chanpinggou and my partner left his phone on the bench. We ran back to find the phone but we did not find it. so, I contact the hotel staff by wechat and asked them to contact the officer in the National park as I cannot make the call, the signal is very bad. I made it clear to them the exact location of mine and that I could not find any staff around. Rather than understanding and contacting the national park. They send me the phone number and asked me to call the national park myself. Considering that I am an oversea visitor as well as that I have made it clear that the signal is bad within the park, I prefer more help and empathy.  ***my disappointment is even further when I am checking out. The hotel staff asked me to write them a good review. I told them that I will write the review on my own. They still persisted to write a review for me and asked me to finish the review before departure. I am also working in the hotel and I think this is the WORST part of all. You should respect the customer sincere review and appreciate that as a way to improve.  I have been to many hotels that are located within or very close the famous attraction around China  - Shangrila, Huangshan and many more. I have paid extra for this hotel compared to other sides. I never found these kind of disappoints before in those hotels, so my expectations are high.

This was the best hotel of our China trip! Every corner of the hotel is beautifully designed, and the room was spotless with all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind. When my father experienced a bit of dizziness due to the high altitude, the staff quickly brought him an oxygen machine along with a special tea to help ease the symptoms — such thoughtful care! Dinner at the hotel was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff looked after us throughout the entire meal, and everyone was so friendly. Breakfast was unique and delightful, and the morning latte they served was absolutely perfect . If I ever return to this city, I will definitely stay here again. “This hotel should absolutely be on everyone’s travel list!”

Out of all my trip hotel, this by far is the best!! I cannot thank the owner and the staffs enough for their best service they’ve provided. I booked this place for my family and parents’ friends and everyone is soooo sad we only stay for 1 night. How i wish we could stay longer because of how cozy the homestay is and how clean everything is. When we arrived, most of the elderly had altitude sickness, the staff help them with oxygen supply and not to mentioned, they specially cook porridge for them. Such a shame we couldn’t finish the hotpot (ITS SO GOOD) because of how sick some of them are but i totally RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 1000000/10 Thank you!!!

First time going to Mount Siguniang and stayed at this homestay. It is very spacious and comfortable. Our room is facing the Mountain View (slightly affected with the on-going constructions) otherwise it would be scenic. We were slightly having altitude sickness. The staff are very caring and even provided me with an oxygen machine on the next day knowing I’m still not feeling well. Their breakfast are very basic but good enough I guess. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Facilities: The room has floor heating, 180° panoramic glass, and the view of the snow-capped mountains is superb. Hygiene: The store is very considerate and will prepare disposable towels, bath towels, toilet mats, etc. Environment: In the Fengqing Commercial Street Service: Super good, actively guide reversing, help with luggage, etc. It is very close to Changpinggou and Haizigou of Siguniang Mountain, and Shuangqiaogou is not far away. There is also a viewing platform nearby that can see Siguniang Mountain, and the key point is that it is free 😄😄. Remind Guangdong friends that it is best to bring some stringy medicines. I had 2 hot pot meals and the taste was good, but... it’s hard to describe 😭😭

The location is a bit far from Shuangqiaogou, and there are other B&Bs under construction around it, so the road is not very easy to drive. The B&B also provides automatic mahjong machines for us to play, which is not bad. I hope there will be more varieties for breakfast, the steamed buns are a bit monotonous. The kimchi is good.

It is really a treasure homestay. The owner will personally pick you up and drop you off at the scenic spot. The homestay was newly opened in September last year, but there is no decoration smell at all, and it is super clean. It can be seen that the owner is a person who treats life with care. The owner's wife will help us turn on the floor heating in the room in advance, so it won't be cold at night, and the bath water is also very hot and comfortable. There is also a bar where you can roast fire at night, and the key is to roast potatoes hahaha. The baby is so delicious that he wants to pack it up and send it back by express. The most unexpected thing is that there are also iron flowers that look good. Both the yak hot pot and the native chicken soup hot pot are delicious, and the breakfast is also unique. The baby said that he lived comfortably and ate comfortably, so he stayed for another night. It can be said that his homestay near the Siguniang Mountain Scenic Area is really a leader. It is absolutely advantageous to choose the boss's homestay here. I will come again when the weather is hot in the future!

If you come to Siguniang Mountain, you must come to this homestay. The price is very high. At the beginning, I chose an ordinary big bed room. Later, the boss took a look at the room and found that the view of the viewing room was really good. You can see the visitor center opposite, and you can also see Siguniang Mountain. The most important thing is that I care about hygiene the most. I never took a shower in the hotel anymore, but the details of his house were too clean. I also used the light-filled mirror to draw a makeup. I joined the boss with Zhang Ying hahaha. The boss was very good. I chatted with me at night and told me the itinerary of the next day. I know that I am afraid of the cold. We also specially turned on the floor heating before we checked in. In short, this time was a very good accommodation experience, and next to her house is the net red garden restaurant. It is very convenient to eat, drink and buy clothes!

Best hotel we stayed in during our entire trip in China. We felt a genuine sense of belonging and respect from the staff and people. The hotel is family owned and run, and between the delicious food and attentive, personable service, we couldn’t ask for anything more. The location is insanely beautiful with views of the mountains, town and farms. Everyone in town is very friendly and kind, and the staff truely went above and beyond for us. It can be difficult to find transport, but this wasn’t an issue as the hotel sorted all transport for us by driving us to and from hiking locations. They also suggested and helped us organise activities such as hiking and riding horseback through mountain passes. During our stay we thought “This is our best holiday yet” - it is such a remarkable place, and the hotel made it even better.

The hotel is very easy to find, about 100 meters diagonally opposite the ticket office of Changpinggou Scenic Area. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the bedding is also very neat. The boss and waiters are very enthusiastic. When traveling with children, they pay more attention to environmental hygiene and humanistic care. I have recommended it to friends who are going to Siguniang Mountain.
