テレビのリモコンが機能しなかった。テレビを消したくても消えず、電源を抜くしかなかった。
レセプションの男性スタッフが、英語が母国語では無いと分かっていながら、すごく早口で話して、サービス精神に欠けると思ったのが残念な点でした。それ以外はよかったです。今度は、少し早めに来てサウナとか入りたいと思いました。

I was transiting in Seoul on my way to South America and booked this hotel which had a high online rating. The hotel has a great sense of design, but it is relatively remote. The shuttle bus runs every half an hour, and it is still very cold waiting for the bus at night. The hotel's sauna is good, and the restaurant is of good standard, but the price is not cheap. It is close to the airport but there is basically no noise.

The hotel is very close to the airport and is a great hotel for a short stay.
The style of the hotel was stylish and very clean. The room was spacious and had everything you need. We had dinner at the restaurant, the staff were friendly and the food was good. Very big portions! They had a cute Photo Booth outside with free prints. I was disappointed that the outdoor pool was of an additional cost… so we decided not to pay. So we went out to take a look and photograph it but we were told we couldn’t pass unless we paid which I thought was terrible considering we paid to stay there! My friend stayed in a different room and she had a pool view and it was beautiful. Our room was a basic view. The gym was decent and clean.

The hotel was super close to the airport, really clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed to find that the pool came at an extra cost so we were unable to use it.
My view from the room was beautiful so recommend the sea view.
