There were no outlets next to the pillows, so extension cords for the number of people should be provided. The rooms were not cleaned properly. There was a lot of dust, plastic, eye masks, and hair under the beds. The trash can in the kitchen had been there for several days. The trash can in the bathroom was overflowing with toilet paper from several days' worth. The trash should be taken out and the room cleaned every day. I was told to move rooms without any reason during my stay. I was contacted by email during the day while I was out. I was informed that the staff would move my luggage that was on the bed, and I agreed, but when I returned in the evening, my luggage was not in the new bed, but in another place together with other guests' luggage. I was not informed of where the luggage had been moved, and it took me and others a long time to look for it. Luggage management was sloppy. The possibility of loss or theft should also be considered. In fact, some items were lost during this time, and I asked the manager to investigate, but he did not respond properly and was very unkind. I wanted to check the situation, but the only comment I got in an email was, "Please buy a new one," with no explanation. I did not receive a reply after that, and was treated very lightly. This environment, which is likely to cause disadvantage to other guests, should be improved. If you are running a lodging facility, I would like you to be more aware of the situation and take proper measures to prevent problems from happening in the first place.
