UH FLAT THE SONGDO

It’s my third time staying here. I absolutely love it. It’s immaculately clean and has everything that you need. It’s also close to the subway and various bus stops. There are many restaurants downstairs to dine at and convenience stores too. I would definitely recommend it. 5 ⭐️’s!

This place was good for the price but not the greatest. Starting with the cleanliness, overall the room itself was clean but there are some rust, discolorations on silicone on the bathroom and one of the towel I was given had clear sign of someone using hair dye. But the room was clean. The location was not the worst but can be better being located close the subway did mean getting around was relatively easy, but since the hotel is located near business district as tourist it take a bit to travel. Service was just ok. They do room cleaning everyday upon your request. But outside of that there isn't much. Similarly the amenities were somewhat limited. But there is a washing machine.

It's a tiny flat in a condo. On one hand it is located in the middle of nowhere super far away from all the attractions or shopping in Incheon, on the other there are a lot of convenience stores, eateries, coffee shops etc around. Last stop of the metro line is nearby. A bus to/from the airport leaves every 1h 40mins or so, otherwise it's a painful trip with a lot of connections. The flat was all in all good, but there are 2 big problems: no bath towels are provided (only small face towels), no detergent is provided although there's a washing machine in the room, which makes no sense at all. Had to do my laundry downstairs for a fee. There's also only 1 plate in the kitchen. Perhaps enough for 1 person, but not for two. Housekeeping is only by request, you need to arrange time in advance.

Room size was on the small side especially for 2 people with luggage’s. The location was ok and amenities were ok as well but the service was poor. Many things were not communicated such as the change of room password after cleaning service. We actually got locked out of our room when we were in a rush and it took a long while for the staff to reply to our message via the app as there was no front desk. We were alsosupposed to leave our luggage in a room in another building before checking in and after checking out but there was no one in the room despite us knocking and when we messaged the staff on the app, they were barely responsive as well. We had to lug our luggage around as a result. When they did eventually reply, they just told us to leave our luggage outside the room and send a picture as a reference. How is this safe seeing as outside the “luggage room”, it is actually a hallway that people come and go? We had to manually request for cleaning services before 11am every day via the app and bedsheets can only be changed every 3 days. It is not a pleasant experience.

It’s very comfortable for me to sleep here. You can watch the sunset and sunrise. The only shortcoming is that it’s not so easy for foreigners to find the front desk.
