This is by far the worse hotel I have ever stayed in, the managers appeared clueless. The toilets would not flush even after changing rooms, this was after I had complained multiple times to different managers per shift.
The WiFi was so bad, I had to source other options which cost me so much more money than I had budgeted.
The breakfast options were so poor and the hospitality of the staff was absolutely appalling. They seem to excel at tendering apologies but no action raised or escalated to satisfy customer needs.
My holiday was so horrible because this hotel was so bad, the rooms were poorly maintained and falling apart.
I will advise this hotel be scrapped out from ******* platform and quite frankly give me some type of compensation because I feel scammed out of my money. Never ever again! I paid for an executive room and could not get my toilet to flush, always had to ring house keeping, changed my room and had the same problem, towards my last days they finally decided to get a plumber to fix the toilet, this made another huge mess to the toilet and I had to wait hours for house keeping to clean the mess, I had an IT guy come up to my room to try and fix my WiFi and TV, the TV in the room was so bad, this was after multiple complaints and finally telling them I would report this on *******.
I cried, I felt so defeated.
I am leaving this review so no other person experiences this at all! The Sojourner by Genesis is such an hell hole.
