The staff, both the cleaners and the reception team, were welcoming, Joseph in particular stood out. The room itself was pretty basic, it was fine for a short stay. There’s no lift, though with just two floors it’s not really an issue. The only downside was the noise, both from the street outside and at times from other guests.

It was decent overall. The room was pretty basic and could probably do with a bit of an update. There’s no lift, but I guess that’s fair enough as it’s only two floors. Staff were really friendly, both the cleaners and the reception team, especially Joseph. The only downside was a bit of noise from the street and from other guests.

Carmen is such a sweetheart!!! The rooms were very nice, the pool was perfect and the location the best . Very nice all!!!

Our stay was nice. The rooms were fine, nothing fancy but comfortable, the pool area was quiet with not many people around, and we especially want to mention Youssef, who was always super helpful.

What makes this hotel stand out is the 24-hour reception. Carmen was very kind. the location, just a 10-minute walk takes you straight to the clubs, perfect for nightlife lovers.

The hotel is very well located in Playa d’en Bossa. The apartment is good value for what you pay in the Ibiza area. Carmen’s attention was absolutely amazing.
